Mike Deal or Michael Deal scammed us all in the exact same manner as the previous person wrote. I am not happy while writing this because I believe in the good of people but he ripped us off and it was the same excuses: wife in hospital, out late, dog is sick, you get the idea, whatever, people who have drug abuse issues will try and con and and use any excuse that is at their means. I feel bad for his children, if he really has any, and for his wife and BTW her name is Sarah Schaefer and you can google her and ger her cell number.
My Family is out of this money and we will be seeing him in court.

I do not appreciate the things you are going around and saying. I did amazing work for you guys. When you needed sub-contractors, who found them? I did. Who ran the project completely for you. I bent over backwards for you guys. I am sorry that you did not want me to bid out the work but you guys wanted to pay the hourly rate and then call 5 to 6 times a day and change the game plan, which is why things were not getting done. I am sorry that the two partners in this business were not communicating very well together but that is not my fault.
I did not go around slandering you guys when I would go to get materials and the credit card would be declined because you were not keeping track of your money. I also did not slander you when you guys paid me with a check from an account that had NO MONEY. Once the check did not go through, I waited over a week to get caught up and I am sorry that I could not sit around and keep working for nothing but I do have a family to feed and I couldn't wait around.
As far as court goes, I will be excited to finally get this resolved to where you can not harass this family anymore. As far as involving my wife in this, which she has nothing to do with this, she will be pursuing charges as well. You have no right to broadcast her like that and we will be researching what she can do about it. She has already contacted someone about it.
The only reason that this job did not work out is because of how disorganized it was and the money issues that you guys had. We worked out tails off for you. Oh and accusing me of doing drugs, which is something I have never touched, is just building my slander case so thank you! You can't go around saying complete and utter lies and get away with it. We will be pursuing legal action. Thank you for building our case for us! We wanted to handle this issue like mature adults but it has just gone to far now.
