 Yes I am here to voice my defense celso why dont you get your head out of mike's  rear end and know your facts!!!! Everything negative that poeple have to say about mike perez IS TRUE! no I am not stating this now bc I am in his crappy forclosed house lmao! I was forwarned by his own family by his brothers, his sister, his sons yes I said sons plural and of course my dad which is his brother but I wanted to give him a chance I thought to my self let me find out for my self if what I am doing is bad or good so my husband (fiance at the time) signed up with his joke of a club. Then mike convinced my husband to move closer to the property he was investing in that is where we come in to moving into his uh house lol. Ok so I went and transferred my mail to the address my electricity and the water to this house. The electricity transferred just fine but the water ha I dont know which one was worse my mail of the water hmm let me break that one down for you just so everyone can get a better understanding how discusting mike perez can be......when I went to try and transfer the water to my name I was denied right then and there they said I need a signed legal document stating it is ok or the lease agreement or mike would have to present himself in person with proof of id in order to change the account. I thought oh snaps well I never got a lease agreement being that I am family so I called him and told him about it well well everytime I would say please meet me here at the utility place its only going to take two seconds his reply was oh im not even in the area blah blah blah there was always an excuse so whatever I was over it

so one day I show up at his house kindly requesting the lease (that we never got) wow that was another hassle lol. so finally I get this bogus joke of a lease that he printed from his desktop that neither I or my husband ever signed but there are a few signatures that are very questionable meaning forged hmm why am I not surprised. but anyways I did not notice the lease until after I left and the reason why is because he sat there and was having this stupid convo with me while holding on to the lease. He did not want me to view it while I was there. Well during that same time with the water bill my mail was completely discombobulated. I had my mail going to some place In robins nest in new port richey I have never been too I thought ok my mail is way more important than the water at this point because at least I had water going on. well it took me 4 1/2 months to fix my mail and wow that was depressing I'll tell ya! So during that time I was just paying the water bill just fine under mike's name well what really got to me was my mail was going directly to his place of residence what?! Yea that's what I thought too lol. so I finally got that taken cared of (that was during the 4 1/2 month) ok so the water bill, to me I felt that just because it was under mike's name still was not ok to open the bill. that just made me feel uncomfortable almost monitored so I took it upon my self to pay the water bill in advance lol. I know that got to them for sure because by the time they would recieve a bill I am sure they would see 0 balance ha. Well yes he had the account number changed so when it came time for me to pay my bills I was denied. I said no there must be a miss understanding I always pay with this account but I was told yes before the account holder made recent changes he told me I am sorry but in order to make a payment with the new account you would need permission from him.

This is when I took it upon my self not to. I thought wow he could not inform me of the recent changes then I am not paying the bill that was back in june lol moving forward yes I know this is super long but are you entertained with utter discust? Ha can you imagine my moment right now? Lol moving on.....mike's club promises 100% money back guarantee if you are not interested but my husband was still very involved yes while his wifey poo me is going through this dilemma so after a year as part of mike's investment deal your money doubles depending on how much you have invested so my husband invested 5k.

November marks our one yr of investing with him and we thought perfect timing because my husband and I was planning our wedding. It is a very nice chunck to plan our wedding-or so we thought so my husband began calling him no answer texting nothing he has appeared at his front door a few times and of course ened up getting the run around. My husband is a truck driver he has no time for mike's little chasing games but he only did that because he did not want to come up with the check up front so what he told my husband was I will just deduct the money from your investment and put it towards the rent to break even lol I was livid but planning a wedding at the same time. well the next month mike came by to discuss the deal I told him well go ahead and please take us to court because we are not paying you a single dime. he Is a crook we were perfectly fine living in clearwater, he took us from there to here so nope I am not having that! My husband deliberately told him mike I would have paid you just fine still to this day if you would only keep your promise so to the first report whoever wrote that I know exactly what you went through the fact that he has one million and one excuses and voicemail always full never reponding to calls emails text msgs. yes I know how that felt so as far as freeloading lmao you can bet I am sitting back until you either give us what is owed to us oh we will gladly leave or please please take us to court because that little eviction notice your wife dropped off....tsk tsk you made a huge mistake as far as documentation......

so again to all of the victims involved and to those who maybe want to be involved take my word for it as his ( embarrassed to mention) neice which I am proud to announce I am no longer a perez lol that name stinks!! Do not get involved with this guy or his little minions celso jonathan maritza or what ever puppet you can think of in that business just stay away!!!! Save your money or speaking of money let me remind you mike perez you and I are definitely serving two different GODS my god is a god of love and by love I mean humanity you obviously serve a god of money and it clearly states in the bible, you cannot serve two gods! I will pray for you and your family for god to have mercy on you and maybe you can kneel down to the right god!!!!
