Originally we met Mike because we were searching for luxury cars for sale or lease. We found that they were all over priced and had extremely high rates. THEN we came across Mike. He required us to give him a deposit of $5000 just to view his inventory to show we were serious, so we did. We found a 1997 Ferrari Spider Black on Black, we thought it was a good deal he wanted $15000 down and take over payments. So we did it, we had the car for aprox 4 months and all was well so we decided to also get a Bentley, for this vehicle he wanted 25,000 down and we did it.He told us that in one month he would come pick up the car and have it serviced and any problems addressed at that time, we said perfect. He picked up the vehicle and told us it would be serviced at beverly hills bentley and that it would take two weeks, we were fine with that however when the two weeks were up we didnt get the car and that is where the problems began. He told us that he was pulled over and because of the large amounts of monies he carried he also had a gun just in case of any problems and when he was pulled over he was arrested (now he is texting all this info to us and saying he is in jail!!!!) we knew he was full of sh** at that point! We then started investigating we couldn't even register the Ferrari in our name, we also found that none of the payments we made to him were paid. We lost $40,000 on down payments and $10,000 in monthly payments. We had our attorney look him up and he said nothing is in this guys name and everything he does is illegal. We are not sure what to do at this point, we would like to get our money back, I really dont care for whatever happens with him, we just really want to recoup our losses and if we cant all do that then Id like to see him behind bars
