Mike Robinson (also goes by Michael Robinson, mkpr photo, mk robinson), is a scam artist and a rip off photographer!!! He is a 36 year old Australian 'fashion' photographer based in Perth/Melbourne and he works in the USA sometimes too. I meet a while ago in Perth, and he sounded great, made me agree to $1000 for a photoshoot, which I did.He said for a thousand I would get retouched pics on a disk and some printed out. 

 

So anyway, when I came to the studio, first thing I smelled was alchole. He was DRUNK!!! He was stumbling around the studio, and knocked over his lights! He then asked me to TAKE OFF MY CLOTHES!! and strike a provocative pose, I said I was uncomfortable, and he kept telling me how pretty I was and how much he wanted to 'take my photo and make me look good'. I felt so uncomfortable, but I paid him money so I stayed as he said I could walk out and not get any money or we could do this. I wanted to call my dad at that stage, but didnt. He kept offering me beer and wine, and he was smoking a lot too. 

 

So anyway, after the shoot, I left. About 3 weeks later, and countless phone calls trying to get in contact with him i finally got onto him. He sent me FOUR photos with WATERMARKS on them!! I told him the agreement was a full set of photos, and prints I chose. He told me thats all I get and would have to pay more if I wanted the rest of the photos. I mean, he watermarked photos i paid for!!! 

 

I have spoken to a few models since then and they have all had very similiar stories to say!!! I just want to say becareful with this man, he is a creeper, and unprofessional!!! I hope no one else has to deal with what I have to deal with!!!! I would never hire him again, nor recommend him to anyone!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
