Mike Shaw Subaru Of Thornton ripoff and bad service Thornton Colorado

I went into Mike Shaw Subaru of thornton to trade in my 2003 Chevy Silverado, simply for the fact of the price of gas going through the roof. I found a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am SE that was in good shape and such, and also had a good price. SO I THOUGHT. Well, I got a total $8000.00 for my Silverado and come to find out it was worth $12000.00 trade in value. Second, the car had a sticker price of $9000.00. I owed a total of 12000.00 on my truck, that was the payoff. Well, after financing the car I got stuck with a 410.00 a month payment with a payoff on the car I just bought of almost 17000.00. This happened because when I first bought the car I signed all the loan paperwork, etc. and it was a done deal. Well, 2 days later I get a call saying to come back in to resign all the paperwork because they got me a lower finance rate. Well, I stopped by on my way to work and told them I was in a hurry. They said no problem, everything is the same, just sign at the dotted line and thats it. Well, I got screwed. Second, the car was leaking from the windshield and the brakes were shot. also, the temp gauge always reads high. Lucky for me Pontiac fixed everything because it was still under warantee. However, I am stuck paying 17000.00 for a car that I thought I got for 9000.00. My loan total should have been only for 12000,00 because of my 1000 down payment. DONE BY A CAR FROM THESE JERKS!!!!!
