Mike Smith, Attorney Told me I negelected to pay a loan back for 400 now it is 1200, threatened to take me to federal court, arrest me at my home or workplace, freeze all of my accounts. He had me send him payments via moneygram amount so far 600. I threatened to contact my local police department and he told me he was filing the case in federal court monday31 and sending federal agents to lock me up. ny ny

Threatened to have federal agents arrest me at my home and or workplace if I didnot make arrangements to pay 1200. from a 400 unpaid loan. I inquired about the different payment names and methods he had me sending money and he said that he is going to file a case in federal court may 31 and have my assests frozen and have me arrested.

Stop and think a moment. The claims that this caller makes are what give this away as a scam. Do you really think Federal Agents would be sent to your home because of an unpaid loan?? (a loan which probably never existed) Do you think it is a federal crime to have an upaid debt? In case you don't know, the federal government does not have any interest in collecting unpaid debts, unless you happen to owe a large amount to the IRS. Don't send these scammers any more money.
