Mike Thompson RV fountain valley Took motorhome in for a recall repair an oil change on our generator and to make an adjustment on an awning. Got motorhome back with awning fabric torn apart and altimeter knob on generator broken. Fountain valley, California

Took RV in for recall, oil change on generator and to Make adjustment on slide topper that malfunctioned. When I returned to pick up coach, my topper was not repaired and the fabric part of it was now all ripped and torn apart from a tech apparently trying to open slide. Other damage wax a knob broken on generator and they drained my brand new battery. They denied all the damage but offered to comp the oil change. I took motorhome to smother place and had to have the topper replaced that cost me 500.00 when all that was wrong were the brackets were bent and needed to be replaced on the topper.

Never take your motorhome to Mike Thompson's for repairs and never buy one from them either. They are a very dishonest establishment. I am going after them for repair costs.
