 The person who has a complaint deserves as much respect as anyone else. You don't know if the complaint is what they experienced or not. The people who wrote all these comments look more idiotic than the complainer with their spelling and name calling.

Wow, remember what they say..tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you what you are. Please people find some class !!!! Also, if this place is as haunted as Mike Todd said, these things could seriously be happening for sure. So take it for what it's worth. Bad entities hide out. They never go away.

So, uhm, unhappyrenter . . . . it looks like no one here believes you.  Well, that's no surprise.  Care to guess why?  I know why.

I know Jenn and Mike personally.  I've known Jenn for years and years.  I've known Mike for over two years. 

They took me on a tour of their apartment building on Cliff Road when they were doing a lot of renovation work - things like refinishing floors, installing new kitchen cabinets, staining wood work, painting, upgrading plumbing, fixing windows and doors. . . .

I've been in just about every apartment in that building at one time or another and they have improved/upgraded  them.  In fact, they even went so far as to gut the entire third floor from the walls out.  They created a brand new apartment up there on the third floor. They spent a lot of time & money doing so - night after night they were up there working for hours. 

They are also working on improving the grounds - they have hauled away trash, cleared out over-growth, taken down old trees, planted flowers and landscape plants, put down red cedar mulch.  Jenn even showed me an old stone walkway that she has discovered which, up until this point in time, has been covered by soil.  She is busy unearthing it and restoring it to its original condition.

I'd say that your complaint has nothing to do with reality.  I'd say that you submitted it to be nasty.  And trying to stir up trouble within a family is a really low thing to do.

Your little scheme backfired.  The only thing your complaint accomplished is to show your true colors - and they aint pretty.  Face it, you screwed up.  If I were you, I'd shut up before the ditch you are digging for yourself gets any bigger.

I gotta tell you there, unhappy, you screwed up big time.  Everyone here is intelligent enough to know what they see over at Cliff and they have the independence and maturity to form their own opinions. The only one that this thread reflects poorly on is you.  

Shame on you for masquerading as someone else!  That's really a low thing to do - to try and stir up trouble within a family.

All you did was make yourself look bad.  If I were you, I'd stop now, before you that ditch you are digging for yourself gets any bigger.    

Wow, this could not be more far from the truth.  You obviously have no knowledge of how electrical lines are run or how to read meters.  If you power has to be shut off at the main, due to the fact that Mike and Jenn need to replace a heater or for some other reason and the HOUSE LIGHTS STAY ON AND THE WASHER & DRYER STILL WORK......than........drum roll please......wow the house lights are not on your electric because if they were they would ALSO be out.  It amazes me how dumb people are.

There should be a mandatory sterilization law issued to all dumb people so that way they cannot procreate and fill the world with more dumb people.  Eventually we would have a dumb person free society....what do you think about that Mrs National Grid.

Hey some of these posts are funny!  I'm a former renter of Mike and Jenn.....I loved living there I had to relocate because of college. 

My apartment rocked!!!  New carpet and appliances, nooooo spiders, plenty of insulation...hell they even help you winterize the windows with plastic (which do have storm windows by the way)....they go that extra mile to help you out to save on your electric and other things as well.  If I decide to move back to the area I hope that I have the chance to rent from them again.

Hey dude i'm from jersey too!! 

Nice area up here....and very unique because of the tb era.  That's what makes Jenn and Mike's house to beautiful....it's clean, comfortable, quit 24/7, every there respects every one else and all the units are awesome.  If something goes wrong they are always taking care of it right away.  Ha ha ha.....I love the part about the spiders (very untrue).  Do you guys ever, hhhmmmmmmm, I don't know CLEAN?????  Everyone gets spiders in their houses.....thats why they invented dusters....even those hard to reach places.  You should really check it out....go outside to your car (Try not to hurt yourself now), and take a ride to your local grocery store (if you don't know what that is...ask some they should know).  Now here is the hard part go into the store and lookup and the big things hanging over each isle......they are called signs.....go to the one that has cleaning supplies and get a feather duster or even a swiffer (that maybe toooo complicated for you though)....then make the purchase and got home and swing it around were you see spider webs.....THIS ACTION IS CALLED CLEANING.

I'm sorry if I have confused you...I didn't mean to.  Jenn and Mike are great, their house has NONE of these problems that you have read.  Sour grapes....see what happens when you try to live somewhere for free and use the people that are trying to help you out.  Sucks to be you......doesn't it?

I have never rented for Mike and Jenn but I have worked for them....so I have been in every unit they own....these statements are false.  The units are very nice and comfortable....the only cob-webs I see is the one in this persons head!

mike and jenn are good friends of mine . i have seen mikes appartments at the address listed they are new appartments this dude bad mouthing mike and jenn doesn't have a clue of what he is saying . sounds like he is high on some thing and if he is so bad of a land lord why does he allways find tennants to live there. i have worked with mike about eight years now and he is not a bad person . i think of mike as a brother. and jenn you couldn't ask for a better person. this guy is full of some thing besides brains.

I love this site....I normally would not write on it but this is just tooooo good to pass up.  I got a call from Mike and Jenn when they found out about this........WOW....they both saw the entry and are planning a party!!! Ha HA.....they also told me who wrote it....shame on you!!!!  Your soooo bad......and like Mike and Jenn said, anyone with any dignity or respect for themselves don't write anything negative on here....they just come here for fun....look at all the things that are going on in Tupper Lake......you welfare piece of **** I am sooooo amused by you .......  you made a comment on all the garbage go drive past 15 Cliff Rd it's lookin more beautiful than ever....they removed the trees and cleaned up the entire property.

I currently rent from the Todd's and I have to say that there is no garbage here!! It's all been cleaned since they bought it.

I have read the report on Jennifer and Michael Todd of M W Todd and Associates.  I have lived at 15 Cliff ROAD (not ave moron) and recently bought a house.  They are the best landlords I have ever rented from...they took a drug den (known as 50 Baker before 911 change) and have cleaned it up amazingly.  Every time I left for work in the afternoon they were either cleaning up the front yard maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby or doing remodeling work.  They work very hard at what they do (this is in addition to their full time jobs).

The report that I read about them being slumlords is B.S.  I wanted to write on here so that way you all know the truth.  I missed two months of my rent and they worked with me on it and were very fair and understanding.  I had a broken window in my apartment (my fault) and the same day they were up there replacing it....this "woman" is a very bitter person.

I know the person that wrote that report and they are a welfare scum family....and believe me they ARE NOT related to Mike and Jenn AT ALL..... and maybe the reasons they had so many spiders is because they never cleaned, causing problems for Mike and Jenn.  They were dirty disgusting people who had no pride.  They were horrible to Mike and Jenn, they never cooperated and trashed the place that they are trying to clean up.  Jenn and Mike evicted them for the sake of the rest of the building (there were other issues as well), because it is well known in this town that they both want to give people good places to live. Their constant fighting was very disruptive to everyone that lived there.

When people get evicted they get very vindictive and attack people because of THEIR OWN fault.  I have known them for a long time and the building inspector and code enforcement officer and also a licensed electrical and plumbing officers were all up there recently.  There is no problems with the electric at all, and if someone had reported it, it would have had to have been followed up on by the code officer by law.....also National Grid would have gotten involved.  None of this ever happened!!

I can tell you that there are no better people out there than Mike and Jenn (M W Todd and Associates), they are so completely sincere its amazing!

To the person who wrote that report (and I DO know who you are) you need to stop sucking off the system you welfare piece of crap and get a REAL JOB!!  You are a worthless nothing and that is what YOU will always be.  To lazy to use your mind to get a job that you know you can do better at.

This "family has kids" and they don't take care of them.  You neglect your "baby" and have put children in situations were they should not be.  You are a DISGRACE of a parent....both of you...you are such SCUM!  You should be thrown in jail due to the mental anguish you have put your "children" through.

This person who wrote this is a low life....and they are not good for anything (except getting pregnant.....well not now......ha ha ha (It's like throwing a hot dog down a hallway.....stretched out much)!!! I loved living in a small town.  Some people are just better than others.....too bad my friend your not one of the good ones (by choice).

To anyone that wants to rent from Jenn and Mike Todd please do not listen to this person, they are obviously not accurate.....I am so certain I suggest you go drive by their home.....they are doing a great job cleaning up that neighborhood.  They have a great association and outlook......
