Original purpose of site is to let others know about rip offs so they can prepare theirself and be knowledgable. I started off that way and would like to finish that way so last post. Esterlline is a rip off town and if I was you and thinking of traveling through there be prepared, the speed is very closely monitored with the only pupose being income driven. Don't let speed cruise down when passing speed limit signs the roads are downhill and the town uses it to their advantage all you can do is not travel there and hopefully attrition will eventually make a finacial dent in their pockets. This is my opnion and if yours differ  then so it does.

ya   lol  I don't like paying for nothing in my opinion the fat POS should get a real job ...I did not say one word to the POS except yes sir  you can not win small town BS they have one agenda and it is milking tourist for every dime they can get ..but anyway  thats my opinion not knowing yours your probably a stay at home person living off of freedom earned by service people protecting your rights to freedom and like to sit and make comments . With your attitude it is little to no wonder why he wrote you that ticket.  No doubt you would have been just warned if you kept your mouth shut.  Now we (the taxpayers) have to pay your bill and give you lodging and food.

Veiled threats against law enforcement officials is not a good idea nor mature.  Grow up and quit being such an a**.  
By the way, that last comment about being in Vietnam and the end justifing the means makes no sense what so ever. 

Nah   think will just sit it out in jail...most a lawyer could do is get me defensive driving and possible no points   I'll just eat it,..  luckily being almost 60 and time on hands maybe it will cost them to find me and put me in jail. Upside is that in my opinion that  fat POS Mike Warren will pull the wrong person over eventually and then he will know how it feels to be violated. I think of all the good decent police officers that have been killed in the line of duty then watching this fat POS it just don't seem right. I'm also a Viet nam vet so I know the end will justify the means.

WELCOME TO AMERICA- WHILE THE WALL STREET BANKERS AND OTHER MOBSTERS ARE DESTROYING AMERICA, OUR POLICE OFFICERS ARE PULLING PEOPLE OVER FOR GOING 62 MPH IN A 55 MPH ZONE AND SOME POLICE OFFICERS ARE PEPPER SPRAYING CITIZENS WHO ARE SPEAKING-OUT AGAINST ALL OF THE FRAUD AND CORRUPTION THAT HAS DESTROYED MUCH OF THIS COUNTRY 

In your jurisdiction, can't you hire a lawyer to go in your stead, without you needing to tag along, and try to knock the ticket down to a lesser violation with no points?

Since you probably have no chance of getting out of some fine on this, and the points are probably your biggest worry, if that route is open to you, take it. The lawyers who do this for a living are usually cozy with the ADAs and have no problem getting petty violations knocked down.

sorry   it still fumes me to have to pay these idiots and really not sure that I am, little jail time may be more cost effective  for being the dangerous criminal that I am. The piece of work  Mike Warren pulled me over for no reason told me 62 in a 55 then wrote my ticket for 60 in a 50 mph. the fine is 181 defensive driving is 114 time off of work to come fight the ticket would cost me over 300 plus 125 dollars in gas then small town justice I would have to appeal to county court make another trip up then even sorry cops such as this fat one have way more pull then accused drivers so would probably lose again ...they know all this thats why it is so lucrative business for them.

On the one hand, the cop probably did you a favor making it 60mph because the fine is probably less for 5 miles over the limit than 7.
On the other hand (and come on Ken, I figure you would probably agree with this at least in part) it is pretty crappy for a cop, or his department if they've ordered such strictness), to ticket someone for 62 in a 55 zone. Like it or not, most of the country there is an unwritten expectation that you have at least 10 mph leeway in a 55 zone, at least barring extreme weather, construction or terrain conditions.
And within those expectations, I think such a ticket is mean and petty.
And not a one of those cops giving such tickets would think otherwise if their pals or family got the same in another jurisdiction, but then again, all they usually got to do is flash their cop-family comp cards to get the professional courtesy all-free.

Should the officer have written the ticket for 62 mph in a 55 mph zone? Cops sure aren't very smart are they?  Geez, get a life.
