The complaint filed previously has been settled by the owner of the business.
The billing agency incorrectly advised that they had a signed contract/note.
The business owner provided proof that there was no signed contract or obligation.
Both parties have provided confirmation in writing. 
The overcharges have been debited. 

The only fault here is the lack of communication between all parties including the consumer

The owner of this company corrected the situation, as such I rescind this report

The owner's unscrupulous business practice is really hurtful considering
that he professes to teach honor to children.

In my case, a free month trial of karate classes has turned into an outrageous drama.  
When I first went in, their line is that they are very informal and
attending the school is simply month to month, no contracts are
involved. I was asked to sign an EFT form so they could charge my credit
card for the one paid month and that signature was used/forged on a 36
month contract and over $3000 has been charged to my credit card.

Not liking confrontation and giving him the benefit of the doubt, ,I made
multiple attempts to resolve this but Mr. Agon avoided me like the
plague.  None of my phone calls or emails were answered. When I went in
person, he assured me he was working on this but little did I know that
he had actually sold the forged contract to an outfit called ASF
International (ASF Int).  It became clear that his ploy was to keep me
hanging so that they could continue to bill me.

I began receiving collection notices from ASF International so I asked them to
please stop.  They informed me that according to the terms of my
agreement, I had to pay.  I've asked to see the agreement and they have
yet to produce it.  

Please, do not expose yourself to this headache and most importantly, do not expose your children to the influence of someone who has no integrity.   Do not trust this man, he
is a scam artist of the lowest kind.

If my nightmare is not enough to convince, please do your homework.     This school is not part
of any accredited martial arts organizations which is the reason they
don't participate in competitions or martial arts events.   Please keep
this in mind because if your child earns a black belt from here, it is
worthless.  The sponsored 'events' for this school are at festivals, art
shows, and farmer's markets where the children are used as props for
propaganda to benefit the school.    

Google ASF International (ASF Int), their billing arm, and see the hundreds of complaints against this entity.

I wish I had researched all this before even having set foot in this place.
