I personally spoke with 3 high volume stores in Houston who carry this Ultimate Lock product and they said that they haven't sold any in months. In fact when you go to the lock departments, they are hard to even find on the shelves and when you do they have dust on them. But when you think about it, you can buy them on Amazon or Craigslist for 119 or 109 so why would any rational person pay Lowes 175.00 each for the same product especially when you really buy them in pairs for 2 doors as a rule.

Something is going on between the owner Ron Daniels and Lowes store management. I hear that they are tied together by this Masonic relationship that keeps him in the Stores. Free Masons are bound by this thing that protects him from senior management in North Carolina. ALSO, By being in Lowes Stores he can leverage this claim to get more investor money to squander on his lavish lifestyle. So is Lowes now responsible for feeding his greed and who is being greased at Lowes to push this worthless product? You can also buy a similar product that does basically the same thing for 39.95!

This investigation will continue until we find out if Lowes is in on this scheme to defraud the public by keeping this creep in their stores and on his shelves as a front. Lowes corporate knows that these locks dont sell at the highest price point in their lock Dept but they keep expanding his footprint in their stores? According to Daniels he's in at least 150 stores. As long as people believe that he's in solid with Lowes they will keep feeding his need for greed and dump money into this lock which only ends up in his and his wife's pocket.

Consumers were taken, PRICE REDUCED The Ultimate Lock

AUTHOR: James - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 26, 2013

I am the original Author JAMES of these reports along with many others who have contributed to providing accurate information for potential victims because The State of Texas will not do anything to stop these 2 degenerate criminalists. Rebuttals you read here are being done by their family members to justify their criminal activity. They benefit too from the cash these 2 creeps steal from their victims.

It now appears that the retail product residing at Lowes Stores has been reduced to below 100. to 98 dollars a lock. (Verified by the Internet) These were always overpriced and have been sitting on their shelves for the last 3 years. The people, who were given the “Dog & Pony Show” by Captain Ron Daniels of the Harris County Constables Office Pct 6 & CEO of Millennium Lock a/k/a The Ultimate Lock, can buy those same locks for 98 bucks!  These locks were manufactured for under 20 dollars in the packaging and sold to consumers for 179-200 dollars by the Daniels, Ron & Sheila.

I know this because of discovery in numerous lawsuits and legal actions filed against him by disgruntled, swindled investors who have not seen a dime profit on their investments in the Company, Millennium Lock, Inc. His partner and the real inventor/investor of the lock has been swindled out of a cool million and knows volumes on this scam perpetrated by the Daniels.

Also the Manufactures rep met with us personally and verified the cost of the locks delivered to his warehouse FOB. In fact some have been given back 50 cents on the dollar and some have received nothing but false promises, just read these bulletins on the company they are for real check it out.

These 2 Charlatans drive expensive cars and live a lavish lifestyle and live on investor money and creditors that have never been paid. The DA’s Office in Harris County could care less and the State have done nothing so far to stop them from selling unlicensed shares of stock through parties that were not licensed.

Don’t Be A Victim AVOID these 2 Creeps at all costs and if ever approached by anyone connected with this Company, start running far and fast, this is good advice.

Lowes Knows and they are Culpable

Lowes knows he's scamming people but don't care. The Secret Mason thing is stronger then their ethics. Soon we will see the truth manifest itself and The Daniels will be in Peru or Leavenworth, Kansas.

If Lowes wants to stock any item or sell said item at a ridiculously high price; so what? No one forced anyone to buy this lock, invest in this lock company, or even sell this lock. A little advice to anyone thinking of purchasing anything: do your research! Everything can be purchased at a cheaper price somewhere else.

To those who invested money in this company without doing their due diligence; (looking at their books, filings with the SEC, even filings with the BBB) have only themselves to blame for allowing themselves to be ripped off. If any company wants you to invest with them and do not allow you to perform due diligence you should never turn your hard earned money over to them.

Must be a Relative Bill?

AUTHOR: James - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, November 05, 2011

It can't be a shareholder or investor defending this parasite.  Smarthome?  Sears? You can count the people who go to these sites on one hand! Home Depot has them for 199.00!!! What numbskull would pay 199. a lock plus shipping when you can go to Amazon for 119. and pay 80 bucks less per lock or go to Craigslist and pay 109 or 00. a lock?  The Amazon locks selling for 119 belong to screwed investors not Daniels, so dont go there. Other then Amazon there is no real deals on these locks anywhere else. You know it and so do the people this site is emailed to daily, Thats right over 1000 emails (Ripoff.com)  a day are sent to consumer alert groups and Big Box customers that buy from retailers to inform them about Daniels/Millennium and his scam to overcharge for these locks with Lowes Stores and Home Depots web site.

BTW MR. Consumer advocate what Stores can I walk in and find the Locks on a shelf? How about Lowes, Lowes, Lowes..... I think you get my point but I also know it doesn't matter to you and the rest of the scumbag family of crooks who has left a trail of bad debt, broken promises, unpaid vendors, pissed off investors and the list goes on...

Lying about the ownership of the LOCK inventory to investors, selling worthless shares of stock knowing that this lock company will never go public or become a real viable product based on their lies and deceit puts Daniels on the same playing field with the rest of the scammers now in prison. Daniels couldn't get credit for a cell phone based on his bankruptcies and judgments he has left in Houston but Lowes sees him in a different light for some crazy unknown reason. When he goes down will Lowes dissert a sinking ship? Stay tuned and we'll see who is on the money here. (No pun intended)

"I find it funny that the only retailer who has had any dealings with this Daniels guy is Lowes. You cannot go into any major or even mom and pop hardware store and find this wonderful lock. Wonder why? THEY DON'T SELL!"

Yeah, after just a brief search I found it available at:

Home Depot

Amazon

Sears

Smarthome

SafetyEd

Bet if I wanted to waste more time, I could find even more.

I know and understand the extreme dislike for Ron Daniels and am sorry so many got scammed.

Thanks James, The Public Needs to Know

AUTHOR: Bill - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 04, 2011

Daniels has bigger problems then his dealings with Lowes. Although I do enjoy the comments from the guy who's running interference for Daniels or Lowes or both. Conspiracy theory, (Mars is made of Red Cheese) now that's funny. There's no conspiracy as far as I know just some underhanded kickback program that keeps the wheels turning. In this case blood is thicker then mud as they say and it's all coming to an end sooner then they think. I find it funny that the only retailer who has had any dealings with this Daniels guy is Lowes. You cannot go into any major or even mom and pop hardware store and find this wonderful lock. Wonder why? THEY DON'T SELL!

Local hardware stores in Houston that carried them back in 08 and 09 are stuck with inventory; distributors that bought them are either stuck with them or have sold them back to Daniels for 50 cents on the dollar, losing at least half their investment. The only retailer who continues to put them on their shelves is Lowes. In fact every distribution channel he has tried has failed. The infomercial he did bombed no sales of any magnitude. The Home Depot Internet site is a joke and the PR Firm he touts on his site, Transmedia, dumped him back in January for nonpayment yet he still has them on his website as a reference (I called Glenn Calder at Transmedia to verify).

In speaking to some irate investors this past month (There are many) I found that he was soliciting for more investment dollars when I know that he cannot get these locks manufactured even if he paid for the inventory he has; his credit is shot along with his credibility. It's just a matter of time before he gets locked-up. Now that's funny.

DO NOT BUY HIS STOCK, DO NOT BUY HIS LOCK AT LOWES AND NEVER BELIEVE ANYTHING HE TELLS YOU. YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING. THE ONLY ONE THAT MAKES MONEY IS RON AND SHEILA DANIELS.

Hit A Nerve with A Lowes Chump

AUTHOR: James - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 04, 2011

Hey Bill I think you hit a Nerve with a Lowes Chump or Daniels himself. He or she obviously is trying to minimize the seriousness of Lowes actions concerning this product. I have looked at the posts from this supposed concerned Lowes person who seems to defend the Lowes Stores culpability with Daniels. From the beginning of Daniels relationship with Lowes there was always a threshold that Daniels had to perform in order to stay in the "Test Area" for the product's performance which was never met. This means the Houston Stores that were targeted for this test, with some outlying stores selected for the lock performed poorly.

The Ultimate Lock never performed as was mandated by middle management. Following the performance of the lock it was always understood that if it did not meet specific sales each month the lock would be discontinued; this never happened even though it performed poorly, this is a fact no conspiracy theory here just the facts. It appears that Lowes never really did their homework on Daniels because if they did they would have never allowed his Company to set foot in their stores, so it had to be either stupidity on Lowes part which doesn't seem likely or a manager who has influence with product placement got involved for, shall we say economic reasons.

If Lowes knew that the Daniels folded not one but two companies leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars in bad debt and judgments then filed personal bankruptcy in 2006 I don't think Lowes would have allowed Daniels to enter a business relationship with them. This combined with the fact that Daniels doesn't even own the inventory or the patents and is in debt up to his eyeballs show that Lowes did not due their due diligence on the Daniels or his Company. There are other people involved that Lowes needs to know about who actually own the locks. This combined with Daniels not paying people he owes and siphoning the receivables for his personal use makes Lowes the biggest chumps this side of the Mississippi or someone is getting greased at Lowes.

Daniels has bigger problems then just poor performance at Lowes. Selling worthless stock certificates, stealing investor money and other more serious issues to surface will get this phony in more hot water. So let the Lowes or whoever chumps keep posting these bogus claims about conspiracy theories and Lowes being the great marketers that they are while closing 50 of their stores this year with more to follow. Taking on products like The Ultimate Lock just shows how obtuse their product managers are in selecting items that just wont sell or maybe it's something else?

Let's see if I got what you are claiming

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 03, 2011

Daniels went to Lowes and under some secret Masonic connection convinced several Lowes stores that they must stock these locks.  Then because of this strange connection he forces Lowes to sell the locks at $175 when they could be purchased on-line for around $100..even though in your opinion there are locks that are $40 that do the exact same thing.

Then you go to 3 high volume stores, and even though they were hard to find.  You were able to find the one employee who worked 7 days a week, open to close, and knew the sales of every single item in the lock department.  In order for them to tell you with 100% certainty that they have not sold any in months.  But even though all of this is true according to you, the Daniels used their secret decoder ring to force Lowes to give them even more floor space.

Then there is some mysterious investigation going on that once complete has you convinced that because Lowes decided to stock these locks they are going to be held accountable.

I think I got the idea.

Based on that I will tell you that I have no idea who these people are.  Where until this post I have never even heard of this lock.  So while you may or may not have been swindled by the Daniels.  While I think I know why you want Lowes in on this(let's just say Deep Pockets), the theory you have tried to develop is a good start for a good Fiction Conspiracy Theory Novel but that is about it.

Sounds Like Lowes wants to Know

AUTHOR: Bill - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, November 03, 2011

Sounds Like someone at Lowes wants to know about Daniels and his inside game.  I f you're so concerned about this scam & Lowes then keep reading the posts; you said (What "investigation" would that be....and who are "we?") How about the people who worked for Daniels at Lowes that never got paid, How about the investors that bought the Lowes story of success and handed over money to help this liar get into Lowes. How about the unpaid Vendors Daniels used to pay his way into Lowes; using them and their money, to name a few, those are some of the "WE"

We believe that Lowes will be named in any legal action taken against Daniels. Lowes acknowledged (documented) the fact that Daniels has problems with potential litigants, so they will be held accountable for perpetuating his scam in their stores. It's called culpability.

"They don't sell the locks but they keep stocking more of them and in more stores.  Absolutely absurd."
Exactly, that's the ever loving point Einstein, it is Absurd or there's a reason unknown to the investors and most likely senior management? If this lock sells so well, ROLL THEM OUT NATIONALLY!!

Daniels doesnt have the money to roll this program out Statewide so forget about nationally. Daniels lives from week to week picking the pockets of investors who buy the Lowes story. So being in Lowes buys him one store at a time with one more sucker wholl cough up 50K and get nothing in return but some worthless stock certificate.

Anyone reading about these cretins need to know the financial predicament of Millennium Lock and the past slimey episodes of Ron and Sheila Daniels failures that have affected so many private investors but not the Daniels; he just keeps folding the companies, like hell do with Millennium as soon as he gets enough dough to feed his greed.

Care to name the "3 high volume stores" and who you spoke to?

Sorry if you lost money to this apparently low life, Daniels, but I'm not sure why you want to include Lowes in your conspiracy theory.

"Lowes corporate knows that these locks dont sell at the highest price point in their lock Dept but they keep expanding his footprint in their stores?"

Now does this sound like any kind of a good business practice by Lowes?  They don't sell the locks but they keep stocking more of them and in more stores.  Absolutely absurd.

Right On, They Don't Sell

AUTHOR: Bill - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, November 03, 2011

You're right Mr James, I know very well that these overprised locks are sitting on Lowes Shelves collecting dust because I visited the Eller Store here in Houston and they were burried on the second shelf from the bottom behind another brand. I too inquired about the sales performance because my brother invested money with Daniels 3 years ago and has not seen a financial report or anything regarding his investment. When he inquired about why he was spending money like a drunken sailor daniels said his Nanny Business was one of the largest in the world and his wife was doing the spending for which she was entitled. They opened a new office in Stafford TX, Built a luxurious Pool in their yard, bought their 20 years old kid a new 60K BMW but not with investor money according to Daniels, it was hard earned Nanny Buisiness money and money he got from cutting lawns at Shell Gas Stations here in Houston.

He too was excited last year when Daniels was soliciting for more money to launch Lowes Stores here in Houston. The result was as described in these posts. Daniels keeps buying expensive gifts for himself and the vendors never get paid, the employees get screwed and the locks still are sitting on the racks at Lowes. Makes you wonder what's going on with Lowes and how the Daniels are staying alive with such poor performance on this product. As of this date the Daniels don't even return his calls anymore.
