Millennium Motorsports SWAPPED OUT A WELL USED ENGINE INSTEAD OF REBUILDING MINE Temecula, California

I sent a 2.5 Subaru Engine to Millennium motors to be rebuilt 1/12/2011. I chose Millennium Motors to rebuild the engine because of the close proximity to my place of business. The original seller was over an hour away. The engine lasted one week. After many attempts at trying to figure out the cause of the engine not working, I sent the engine back to the original seller (Outback Motors). The original seller said that it was not the same engine that was sold to me, it had extensive wear.

I contacted Millennium Motorsports and it was admitted to me that the engine was swapped out with another engine and not rebuilt. Millennium Motorsports said that was what was agreed to. Millennium Motorsports then claimed that the original receipt could not be located. The Original Receipt #1063, I have from Millennium Motorsports clearly states to rebuild the engine not swap the engine with another one. Notwithstanding, the swapped motor was a well used engine in worse condition than the engine supplied.
