This company is one of the worst i have ever worked at. They take money and benifits from you every couple of months and expect you to give money to the poor Dominicans so they have a life! I cant even provide for my own family, let alone every one else! You see, i started there in April of 2005, and they havnt gavin us any new ideas or dental or vison benifits yet. Oh yea did i say no more overtime too!
You see, they have 80% mexicans working for them, and thouse people dont care about benifits or wages. All they care about is sending money to mexio! Thats why Millwood Inc likes it that way, so they can be as cheap asses as they can. They also claim to be a RELIGOUS COMPANY. That couldnt be farther from the truth. They employ supervisors that are doing drugs on the property. The managers know that they are, and still let them work there with no consequences. This is a fact! Why? BECASE
I f**kIN TOLD THEM ABOUT IT! And of course, evil allways gets its way, and they a*****e management and the drugys all rule the place and the very fiew good people and me will have to deal with it untill we find new employment. OH YEA! They know about the illegals too! Because they find out that their ssi number is no good! and tell them to go get a new one!!!!!!!! This is also fact, Because i heard them say it!!!!!! SO THEY CAN NOT SAY THEY DO NOT KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT LEGAL! DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THEIR SELF!!!!!! THEY DONT GIVE A RATS A** ABOUT THE EMPLOYEE!!

Well its Saterday Jan 06 and our paychecks are not her like they said they were gona be! Maybe they dont have the money in there acount to pay for them? I dont know, but some one from The Dept of Labor needs to investigate.

Yea, First week of the year and its friday JANUARY 5 TH of 2007.
And guse what, NO PAY! Let me just say that on thursday i was notified that no one was going to have direct deposit on friday due to a glich with PAYCHEX. Fine, ill just come in and pickup my check. LOL guse what!!!! No Check!!! I find out that somehow the checks was sent to Erie, Pa and would not be in till tomorrow. So now my loan wont be paid on time because it wont be in the bank till monday, cause banks dont deposite on saterdays. Oh yea they wont pay for any charges that i might receive cause of there screw up!
So nice to have your home office in anther state, so you dont have to worry about hearing all the complants about your employees getting extra charges for your screwup!
And one last thing, The state of pa has passed a law taking 52.00 from your paycheck once a year, guse whaen that comes out?
Millwood needs a regime change!
