I have to update this listing: I was recently contacted by two recent potential victums that viewed this review board that did not believe  my first review Guess what happened to those poor people that lost there hard earned money. they were robbed of there money and had to find a last minute event planner for there special event. Please understand Milly Centeno is a scam and you Will lose your deposit . This is not a review these are facts. Look at the last fake good review by a fake Name "ANA Julia" is this the comedy channel we all know that is a fake 100% by scam by none other then Milly centeno.

Please we the victums are  not here to complain but have to let others know. 

If you feel to give her a chance and lose your money please do not contact us you were warned of scam Milly Centeno and her fake smile.

I was looking for a unique wedding, I just had colors and a vague idea in my head of my special day. I did not know how to convey my ideas into an actual event then I called Milly Centeno whom was referred by a friend. I am currently a Law School student and work full time so I didn’t have the time nor the idea to involve on the wedding planning process. As our wedding planner she was on top of everything, always. She was hired to partially plan and organize our big day but she ended planning the engagement party, bridal shower, wedding ceremony, reception and even our honeymoon with us. She did all the arrangements for us. I was a busy bride and she always knew how to make things possible. Nowdays the wedding industry is full with coordinators, people whom called themselves wedding planners and more but when you have such an important event like your wedding you should definitely hire an expert. Milly is a great wedding planner for destination weddings as well as local weddings. She have a great relationship with so many vendors! And trust me, vendors can make or break your event.  

Milly Centeno of MC Coordinators is in fact a rippoff!!!

Please please do not let your hard earned money be wasted!!

I saw some bad reviews online about Milly Centeno and decided to still give Milly a try!

Hello this is Milly Centeno of MC Wedding Coordinators. One of my past clients is doing their best effort to defile my name and I wish to set the record straight. 

This couple did in fact hire me a year ago, on June 29, 2010, to prepare their wedding, however that is the only truth to their claims. In their accusation they mentioned that they never spoke to me after they sent their deposit. This is not true. They not only spoke to me, but they came to PR to visit me! We met with vendors, including visits to 3 different florists I had coordinated for their event, they decided on a buffet dinner and they chose music and a minister. I have the emails from them telling me when they would be in PR so I could coordinate these appointments.

Once they were on island things started to go very badly. I set them up at the hotel where the event was going to be held so they could get a feel for the place. During their stay the couple got kicked out of the hotel nightclub and then from the hotel completely. Hotels in general are fairly understanding of general rowdy behavior (they expect that people are on vacation and drinking happens). The hotel however took this additional step of kicking them out because of drug possession. From what I understand when the hotel tried to step in the couple got aggressive with the nightclub security, cursed out the hotel manager and then spit at the hotel security. Drugs are obviously not acceptable and I agreed with the hotels actions once I heard about my clients behavior.

Her to make a long story short comment leaves out all the above, which is the major reason why we had to end our contract. For one, the hotel (who kept their deposit) would not allow them to have their wedding there anymore. Secondly, I personally have to have a good relationship with the hotel and all the PR vendors for all future weddings I would like to plan. I take my work very serious. In fact I only prepare one wedding per weekend, so I can concentrate and give my full attention to that event only. At the point of cancellation I had spent a full year preparing everything for their wedding. As with any business the deposit goes toward all the pre-work I did, including securing venues, coordinating with vendors and the time spent working directly with the client to make sure they got their perfect day.

I would like to assure anyone considering using my services that I have never had problems with any of my previous clients. Most become my friends. When I travel I get to see them again. When they have kids they send me pictures. I email with them often. Sometimes I even help them write their wedding vows. I get to see their family grow, and I take pride in that I helped them create the most important day of their lives, their union, in front of friends and family, but most important in front of God. 

I love what I do in life. I unite couples because they love each other. I cannot think of a worse accusation than to have my dedication toward that goal be questioned. I have always worked to make sure all brides that hire me as their planner have their dream wedding, and I will continue to do so unfailingly moving forward.
