Unfortunately I got in touch with Rick Kuck (MindKindMedia) to have my business logo designed.  In the process Mr. Kuck asked me if I wanted to reserve a name for my future website.  I accepted.

He reserved a name for me, and after paying him (the $30.00 he asked) he refused to give me username and password for MY DOMAIN.

He started asking me for additional money if I wanted access to the domain I HAD ASKED HIM TO RESERVE and IS MINE. This is called extortion!

I paid him the logo design ($320.00) and the URL as per invoice received  from him and he still refuses to give me my domain.

VERY UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST.  He started asking me for money after the fact.  Never had a clear estimate from him, but always an on going request for money.  His services are way overpriced.  I think he got upset when I hired another Company for designing my website and doing all the printing, much more competitive and ethical people!

He also works for Local Splash (Costa Mesa) an internet company, listed on ripoffreport several times, by numerous people who have been ripped off by Local Splash.

It makes sense that such a dishonest and unethical individual also works for a Company that has been listed here so many times for ripping off people, he learned how to do this very well.

STAY AWAY AND DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH RICK KUCK OR MINDKIND MEDIA.  HE IS ONLY TRYING TO STEAL YOU MONEY.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard one tries to provide excellent customer service, you can’t please everyone. I exhausted every possibility to work with the client who posted this review. She did pay the initial $320.00 for the logo, but she made so many changes including the name that i ended up creating 10 new looks from the original logo and she did not want to pay for any it. She was upset and she decided to take me to court. Once the judge saw all the changes I made and saw that she was currently using my final logo creation the judge ruled in my favor, and she posted this unfavorable review.

I have a copy of the court judgment clearing me of any wrong doing and forcing the plaintiff to pay MindKind Media restitution for court costs and not paying for the final logo she is currently using.
