I ordered from their catalog advertising a craft for children that included 4 paintable vases for a price or 29.95. When I recieved the product there were only 3 vases and an empty indentation for the 4th.I attempted to explain my situation to customer service repeatedly and was told that the printer made a mistake in the catalog and that there was only supposed to be 3 vases.  When I tried to have them pay for returning the product I was told that that was my responsibility  even though they were duplicitous in their advertising.Most frustrating was the insistance that they bore no responsibility for the error in the catalog- ironically in a business that is mostly. I would never deal with this company again and would advise others to do the same in order to avoid the hassle I had to put up with - especially when any other companies of similar model have always been accomadating.
