What a Scam! This company advertise to get you leads. BS. they just want $10 a month and $10 per lead. I told them if the leads are good i will give them $100 per lead. But instead tried to sell me on some bs. Small business people in any field DO NOT SIGN UP. Total SCAM. This is the reason why scammers get away. Not today. This is the biggest crock of BS Ever.

Go scam India. or Africa. Not working here in Los angeles. also if you see the ad on any site Flag it. This is a Scam.

MiNeeds states very cleary that it is a PayPer lead service, however
you can make a service profile to have a free searchable listing on
our site.  This increases your online presence.  MiNeeds only charges
the Service Provider for the Leads (Direct Customer referrals) they
send to the Service Provider.

As a Service Provider yourself, your business charges customers when
you provide your service, so why is it any different that MiNeeds
charges for the service they provide?

When you create a service profile as a paid or unpaid member the leads
that we send out are real customers that have come to our site and
posted their request for service.  These leads are pre-qualified and
then sent out.  If you are a paid subscriber you are able to contact
this lead right away.  If you are an unpaid subscriber you will not be
able to contact the Lead unless you subscribe.  This is so that you
are able to get an idea of what the leads look like before you start
paying for the service.

We are happy to hear from you, and would be happy to resolve any
problems you have with MiNeeds.  Our offices are open Monday-Friday,
8am - 5pm PST.

I am really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your MiNeeds
experience.  I would be happy to work with you to resolve any problems
you have had.

If you have still not received your refund our Customer Support
department can help get that for you.

All of our leads are pre-qualified, but you are competing with 3 other
Service Providers depending on the type of Category you are listed
under, so it isn't possible for us to guarantee that you will be hired
by every lead (customer) we refer to you.  It is ultimatly up to the
customer the Service Provider is contacting to decide who they would
like to hire for the job.

MiNeeds has never sent out fake leads, all of the leads are real people
that have come to the MiNeeds website to post the job that they are
hiring for.

We have a very quick response time on Customer Support emails that are
sent in.  The MiNeeds Customer Support answers every call that comes
in during our business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm PST, and any
voicemail that is left during our off hours is replied to the very
next business day.  Again, I apologize if we were not able to get a hold of you.  We take great pride in our customer service.
