This letter is to inform you of a company that has taken money from me and has lied to me about the way things were handled.

 Mineral Elements By Eden took $89.32 out of my checking account without my consent. I ordered their trial package of their product, however nowhere on there did I read that there would be charges later if I did not return the product in a few days. Had I have read that I would not have tried the product.

When I received the product I looked through the packed to see if there was any sort of correspondance from them, but there was nothing.. I even went online to try to find some info on it, because there was no info on application or anything... Still nothing.. I was beginning to think these people didn't exist, until I came across some consumer alerts.. Thats where I finally found a Number to contact them..

The woman I spoke to was rude and basically called me a liar.. Telling me that there was no way that I had no info on how to contact them and that there was no way that they didn't put info in the package... I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that there was not one there and would not be there until 10 or 11 tonight and that it didn't matter because the money would not be refunded because I did not contact them by July 20.. I said I wanted to speak to the manager when she got in..

 My experience with this company has been far from a pleasant one..
