I recently subscribed to a "free trial " offer from Mineral Science/ Purity Makeup. I want to unsubscribe to any more orders. I have called their easy unsubscribe number at customer services and got no answer. Their lines are all tied up due to heavy calling. I repeatedly called back and still got no answer. I then tried to login on their email sites. They have no way on them for you to unsubscribe. All they do is give you information on how to order and to unsubscribe to call customer services for an RMA# , which is required in order to return your order. They claim it is easy to cancel your order, but I can't get a RMA# because they won't reply to my calls or email. I am very frustrated. I just want to return the unused portion as required so I will not receive any more orders or charges. Donna from Chelsea, Michigan
