Mini Vacations Inc ripoff MVI Vacations taking our money and running Tampa Florida

My wife and I here are victims of the MVI Mini vacations taking the money and running. We sent them $538 in August and where told that the ships where tied up because of Katrina so our vacation will be delayed. We decided to get our money back and my wife made numorious calls to them and got excuses each time. finally the begining of February she got the same thing everybody else got when she called. My wife is a court clerk and has doen some asking around. We have been given some ideas of what we try but nobody sounded hopefull except file a claim against any bankrupcy actions they might take. We are going to try calling the California Attorneys' General's office since they are supposidly registered here in Ca. I'll let you know if we get any results.
