stay away they lie cheat and steal. they find any way to make it look like your miner is slower then it realy is. I never in my life has a problem with myc720 GHS miner it always got 768 GHS with every pool i ever used it on.
they say it only gets 128 GHS then refund all my customers money. my end clearly says 768 GHS the whole time. now i mine for free for a cusotmer. This is a good way to lose money they are nothing but crooks.  On 9/28/14 11:20am EST i went to the irc chat and get support and was ignored. I finaly got some body in the irc chat and an answare to my ticket. they said my speeds where 128 GHS when my systems logs say different. They have a way to make the date look good when they lie cheat and steal your money. who knows if they realy refunded the customer or put the bit coin in there pocket. I feel like i have been cheated and do not trust a word they say. I know my bit coins rigs and have been runing them with out a problem at eobot for 60 days now.  This is just another way for them to rip some body off. who knows what is realy going on here becuase i cant get an honest answear from no body.  so I have pulled all of my miners off there site and advise any body else do the same. This service is more problems then it is worth in the end. I only see myself loseing good money here to bad dishonest people. i think they have a way to throttle your ghs so you lose money so often but just cant not prove it.

I do not know who was to blame here on my end every thing reads correct untill the last minute where it just went off. I was not happy with the service period. I tend to think the user who rented my miner has used a bad poor pool.  if all they do is foward my equiment to pools it could of been the pool. they will not tell me what pool was used or anyting. They could of saved them self alot of trouble to just tell some body what pool the customer used so i could check with the pool owner so find out of they had problems. buttom line i was not happy and felt at the time i was being cheated. maybe it was my fault for being too agressive but it just dont like to be some bodys floor mat. There is too much maybe's to point fingers but i just dont like the way they handled my business. things could of gone alot smoother if you have more time to deal with this then treating me like total trash.

This was not the same miner in equestion the miner that got damaged is the 720 GHS unit.  I feel cheated but maybe i went about it wrong here. but at the time i felt no body was going to help me I did not like the way they went about my problems here. maybe it was the pool the renter used who knows the truth they refused to show me any proof to why it was refunded and who is at fault it makes you think they are hiding something.  i honstly think it was the renters pool or there system. i have allways got slower speeds here when i point my miners here  vs going direct link to my pools. maybe there is a delay when they have to re rount my miners. who knows what the truth here is i just felt that i was being cheated at the time. all they want to do is be total rude to me i tried to keep my cool but when some body gets under your skin you go off. I am only human i am not perfect in life.  if you make a choice to do business with them monitor your equiment personaly dont take nothing they do for granted because there is no telling who is right and wrong. i have been done wrong so much in my life i dont take the bull no more i just get up amd go off. There is no body on this earth going to do me wrong wihtou me having to have something to say about it. maybe i was too aggressive at the way i handled it but i just hate the way you get under my skin and ingor me on irc support.

This was not the same miner as the one you refund the 51 cents and you know it. anything to cover your a*s here I am about temped to talk to a lawyer. you destoryed my equiment i am seeking damages. at the end of the day if you want to make me look bad you are in the wrong. you lie cheat and steal. you know for a fact that the miner was not 720 GHS that you destroyed this was not the same miner and you choice to bend all my tickets to cover your behind when you are clearly in the wrong.  I have opened tickets and you want to keep on plaing games. instead of fixing the problem you want to make me look bad. maybe thing thing i should do is have my lawyer send you a bill for my damages to my equiment. I have been talking to a lawyer to start a law suit. if he tells me it is in my best interests  to do so you will be served.

Our business model is simple. We charge a percentage of all successful rental transactions. The higher the transaction, the higher our proceeds from providing the mutual service between 3rd party users. "Throttling" as this particular user states it would be counter productive to our business model as it would only decrease our profit margins on any given rental. "Hatred" to this user would be of benefit to us and during these rental issues, nothing but ongoing support and attempts to assist can be found in any log.  Please see the original report where this user has written ripoffreports to agencies such as Authorize.net, MagicJack and even the Salvation Army which by all accounts is a non profit organization with a sole focus on assisting the needy. We did ban this user from providing their services to others as this was the original complaint the user had. We're not sure why the user would want to continue to utilize our service if there is such clear cut disdain for our company. The user was fully allowed to access their account, withdraw any hosted funds and respond to all support tickets and requests. The only thing this user was and still is unable to do is list their own services on our service as a 3rd party.  This seemed to be mutually appropriate given the circumstances.

This particular user of our 3rd party system chose to "host" rigs for others to purchase rental agreements from. He agreed to our Terms of Service and of course has now viloated those legal binding terms of service.  Unfortunately, this individual took to social media and all forms of public articles and forums to bring light to an issue he felt strongly about. Unfortunately, the only place he did not contact was us directly through our support system where the  $0.51 debated amount could have easily been taken care of regardless of wrong or right.  We chose to refund the user who was unsatisified with what they received from this individual's promise. We took the side of the recipient of said goods and refunded the user the 51 cents they were owed (in equivalent bitcoin).

The individual who wrote this "ripoff" report finally opened a support ticket admitting their own hardware failures. Here is a quote from their support ticket (written by them): "there is a bigger problem now once of my chips have burned out on my $1,300 miner this is going to cost me $250 this miner is only 16 days old. i know you are throttling my units in order to give refunds to customers. " The user does not understand how our system works as we charge a 3% fee on all successful rental agreements and it is not based on "adjusted" amounts of refunds requested. Thus we have no interest in who is at fault while mediating disputes but rather making sure the correct person is compensated.  We also have no reason to "throttle" mining hashrate as purported by this user. The higher the hashrate, the higher the 3% fee would be so that would be counter productive to our business model. This further substantiates that this particular ripoffreport author is simply malicious in their intent on hurting the reputation of our business.

here is what they are doing after i found my logs i have found out they have a way to throttle your ghs to under 90% of your advertised price and rip you off.  your speeds dont match the advertised speeds so they refund the customer. when the only way posssable my equiment would not reach the advertised price is if they where playing games with a throttler. I have found out without a doubt that they are throttling units down and refunding the customer to make people look bad that they dont want on there network.  they figgure if they throttle your unit and make your customer mad they will rate you a 1 and no body will rent from you. They do this because they just hate me because i know what is going on i keep a detail log of all my equiment. they hate some one who will monitor then every wakeing hour to make shore they are not getting ripped off. so they throttle there systems down to nothing to get them so mad they leave there web site. This company is nothing but a crook. you may not get ripped off today or tomorrow but one time in your life they will do the same. please take my advice and stay away. i have looked in to this and have found them to be throttling equiment it fried one of my chips out completly by doing this now i am out another $250 for parts. rent your equiment out here and they will damage it for you.   brand new 16 day old miner and they destoryed a $1,300 miner by throttling it down. now i have to pay $250 for parts.
