We ordered kid size package for a Christmas gift for our 9 year old son.  When it arrived a few days before Christmas, it was all Adult size, not the helment that was Advertised, huge pads and the gloves where missing.  We tried calling 877-677-2453, but could not get through and the machine was full and would not let us leave a message.  We sent emails, but the reply stated to call a Rep. 

 We received the gloves on Christmas Eve...they too were huge adult size.  MiniPocketRocket stole our son's Christmas, he was unable to ride his Pocket Bike due to that falsely advertised helment deal. We sent another email, and then called...no answer again.  We sent another email about the Safety Package, we received a reply stating that it will cost us more money to send back the Pocket Bike and we would be better off selling it to someone...what a joke, we did not order a Pocket Bike...that let us know right there, they where not reading our emails. 

We called a last time 12/30/09 and spoke with Rep Joel...he, right off the back, was rude and kept over talking me, not listening to anything.  He just kept saying, "we will send out the gloves today." My husband got the phone and he was even more rude with him, he didn't want to hear anything we had to say. When my husband told Joel how rude he was being and how the adversting was misleading..Joel became irate and hung up on us, without giving us any information or anything.

When we ordered the package deal, they where very nice and helpful, but when we called to get some help with our wrong product, they were extremely hostle, they actually treated us like it was our fault the package was wrong.  We know now, not to send our falsely advertised package back, because we can just bet, we will not receive anything back, let alone our money.

This Company sucks and need to be shut down, can we sue them for false advertising.  MiniPocketRocket ripped us off, and ruined our son's Christmas
