Very impressive web site, photos of a staff of experts, lots of phone numbers, but you always get the same guy who gives the impression he works for a big respectable company.
This guy (Ishay Rayey) arrived, stared at my computer meaningfully and got it going from a blue screen. I was thrilled! He talked to AOL for a few minutes then asked me for $250 and left...
Who would care except he cashed the check, the PC went blue again half an hour later and this guy won't returned my phone calls!

A few months have gone buy and this none paying computer "expert" has still not returned any money. On investigation this genius appears to be a man of straw so I'm pleased he only scampered off with a small amount of money. Unlike his impressive website he appears in fact to have no staff at all, unless they all work at the P.O. Box business he uses for his mail. The address reads like a street address to people like me and of course the must have companies such as PayPal, Visa and Mastercard that make his business seem bigger. Who knew it was so easy to set up those accounts without premises? Just don't buy from without checking credentials, I was impressed by this guys testimonials but now I think they where all his tricky buddys... So, if he is working out of the back of his car, he has at least 4 phone numbers, a fax in his car, he's in a hurray to get paid, not much gets fixed and his name is Ishay Rayey you probably should have gone to Best Buy...
Finally - If he knew anything about computers at all, he would have been able to remove this Rip Off Riport... Michael Jay

Sherman Oaks area computer repair guy - don't let him near your computer because I honestly believe he has no idea what he's doing...
He put on a good act with me and then cashed my check 10 minutes later. The machine failed 15 minutes later and Mr MIR ( Michael Raveh)never returned a call. Worse, the next tech I hired gave a completely different diagnosis then fixed everything.
If you can't do a job but you take your customers money anyway and then hide from them you deserve to go on the Ripoff Report...
Finally, Mr MIR has a very impressive website, his other business name is: Americom Consulting Corp. but even when I get my money back I won't consult with him to fix my toaster...
