The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Fernando Gonzalez, General Sales Manager, during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Mirabella Motors.

Mirabella Motors is a car dealership that specializes in high end and luxury vehicles. They have a high volume of high end vehicles, and work mainly with clientele interested in purchasing these types of vehicles. Fernando Gonzalez, General Sales Manager, stated the following about his company, "our goal is to create more volume be selling high end [vehicles] and make use of good cars."

Leads for Mirabella Motors are primarily obtained through the website cars.com. Potential clients can view Mirabella Motor's inventory Online or at their car lot in Tampa, FL. The customer will then inform the sales associate of which vehicle they are interested in, or the sales associate can help them find a luxury vehicle that will suit their needs. Mr. Gonzalez further explained the sales and services process, "once we show the vehicle, we go drive the vehicle. If the customer is happy with the vehicle....we go ahead and the customer does the application." Mirabella Motors will do everything they can to help their customers obtain the luxury car of their dreams. This includes offering their customers the option of easy and affordable financing.



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – MIRABELLA MOTORS

During the onsite interview Mr. Gonzalez was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Gonzalez expressed that their company rarely experiences complaints due to their excellent customer service. Mr. Gonzalez further stated, "if the customer is not satisfied with the product, we try to make them happy. It is our first priority. If there's anything we have to do on the vehicle, anything in our reach that we can take care of, we do so."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Coral expressed that the comments were written by an former employee. He further stated, "he was actually an employee...and he was acting in total rage. He stole some properties from the dealership, and it's kind of why we are in shock of the review. That he was even allowed to put in the review when we are actually pursing this person for something he stole from us. So, really we don't have customers putting in bad reviews and we try to work things out with customers." Mr. Gonzalez further expressed that they have been in business for over 15 years and have maintained, "a very good reputation."

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Gonzalez expressed that his position was created in order to further provide excellent customer service. He additionally stated, "I'm on top of everything. So nothing happens here without be knowing what's happening. So that will assure the customer needs will be taken care of on time."

   I saw the vehicle I was looking for on auto trader. I made contact with Tony Mirabella, the owner of Mirabella Motors over the phone. Being that I live out of state, I was unable to see the vehicle in person. I spoke with Tony over the phone and he was very professional. I asked him about any vehicle defects, damages and leaks. I wanted to make sure that my budget could handle the repairs or if I needed to keep looking.Tony assured me that besides for the normal wear and tear, the vehicle was fine. I informed Tony that I have owned BMW's in the past and I have ran into leaks because the previous owners didn't want to fix it. Tony assured me again that the vehicle was not leaking and he saw no oil or other fluids on the floor. Before I wired the money I informed Tony that I am trusting that what he said about the vehicle was true. He said the vehicle was great and I was going to enjoy it. I received the vehicle and the fist day the sunroof would not close on it's own and the check engine light came on. I tried to contact Tony but he didn't return my calls. My wife called Tony using a different pone number and he answered. He sent me an email stating that the car was sold as is. The brakes for the vehicle is not working properly. It took over 2,000 just to fix the engine, I still have to fix the brakes. The sunroof I will just keep closed for now. I then had to wait 3 week to recieve the title for the car, so I was also unable to drive or register the car. I know I bought the car as is however, he lied to me when I asked him about the car. Now it's Christmas and I had to take the money I had for gifts for my family to fix a car so I can have transportation and that hurts really bad.

BMW purchase

 The vehicle is a used BMW 550 with nearly 140,000 miles and was sold "AS IS". The buyer was made aware of the overall condition of vehicle which had no leaks whatsoever, all items were in working condition, has no issues currently and also that it is a higher mileage vehicle it may need repairs in the near future because of the higher miles and was informed of what the most common problems may be at these higher miles. This BMW in particular is very hard to find as it is a manual transmission with a V8 which is what attracted this buyer. We invited him to pay us a visit and inspect and drive the vehicle prior to purchase but he had no interest and elected to purchase the vehicle and have it shipped to GA. He informed us of some issues with the car after 2 weeks of delivery. Again vehicle was sold "AS IS" and buyer did not want a pre sale inspection of the vehicle.
