Cancelled the subscription to the patches prior to the supposed trial period and it took "weeks" to procure my refund which they took out a "restocking and handling fee" from, of $50.00. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. The fact that they took a restocking and handling fee when I cancelled before the trial period was beyond me.
