MIRACO CONCEPT SRL -Radu Chiliment Promise to Delviery Goods, but after payment Stop replying Bucharest

Radu Chiliment from Miraco Concept SRL contacted me via Whatsapp asking if I was interested in Ensure Milk product, because i posted an inquiriy on Alibaba. After speaking with them for 2 weeks, they promised to delvery the goods and send me pictures of the product. They mentioned to me that their supplier contact is in USA, where I live.They told me  to send money to them in Romania, and once the payment is recieved they will dispatch the product from their contact in Clearwater, Florida and delivery my goods in Delaware. Their webiste seemed legit and I have not seen any negative feedback about this comapny. I did some research and found the contact in Flordia. i contacted them and they to me they couldnt sell to me direct because of the terms they have with Miraco Concept. He insured me that when I send the money to Miraco Concept, my order will be shipped. I made a transfer of $4,300 for 3 pallets of Ensure Milk to Miraco Concept. They stayed in contact with me on whatsapp for 3 days after I send the moeny stating that it will take 48 hours to process payment and dispatch the goods from Florida. They stopped contact with me, i have send many emails and message and no reply. I contacted the company in Florida. He said that the goods will be shipped out next day. After that I have contacted them many times and called and no reply. It has been 2 weeks since I send the money, no one has answered any message, phone calls, emails to be. I can clearly state that this is fraud. Two companies working together to steal money from honest consumers. I hope this review helps someone to not make the same mistake I made.
