Miravie-skin; Miravie-eye Skin therapy ; Eye Solis This company charged me for products not requested and after calling to ask that the charges be reversed , the person on the phone become combative. I had not authorized the charges , the product had not been received and the charge on my account at the bank was pending. Internet and box states CA

 Christie Brinkley promotes Miravie products. She offered a free trial with payment for shipping. There was no charge for product only for the shipping on a trial basis. The product arrived quickly with only a packing list. Never was there any place to signup of further paid shipments of product or mention of reoccuring charges to my card.

My bank notified me of potential fraudulent charges by a company never before seen on my card. The company was skin therapy. After a long visit with the bank, we discovered that the charges were from Miravie under the name of skin therapy!

So a phone call to them from the bank provided number. That call was a lesson in how a crook works. He would only repeat himself that I should have notified Skin Therapy, whom I had never heard of until this charge, and told them not to charge my card. Sharing with him the situation and my desire to have the charges reversed, he became more and more rude and uncooperative. I asked to speak to his supervisor, to which he stated there is no one other than him to speak or complain to about the unauthorize charges.

My bank and I have stopped any further charges from occurring; however, it looks like the charges pending will be paid despite my objections and requests for reversals. Total charges will be aroun  $170.00.

I asked the guy on the phone to be a good merchant make me happy so that I would not have to make his scam public. He just continued to state that he did nothing wrong. It was al my fault. Again, I have not product and if it does not arrive, I plan to file theft by fraud charges against this organiztion.

It saddens me to think that Christie Brinkley is promoting anything that results in such a situation.
