Miravie Moo Media Group There advertising practises for Miravie skin cream and eye care are deceiving and misleading. before you know it they have charged your credit card for a large amount of moneyand will not credit your card when u call to cancel Wilmington Delaware

i was scrolling on fb one night and seen a ad for Miravie skin care.  They were offering a free trial for just shipping & handling, wow is that a joke.  As soon as they get your credit card # they charge your acct. for $89.95 for skin care & $85 for the eye cream plus the charges for S&H. 

They stress in their ad you need both for great results.  You don't realize the charge is on your acct till your bill comes and you call them.  They tell you you had 14 days to cancel,I had seen that written on there ad in very tiny letters but I was under the impression I had 14 days from the day I received it. According to them my 14 days were up before I received it.  I received it on February 2,2016 and cancelled it on Feb. 15, 2016 after I saw the charges on my credi card statement.

This is just a scam trying to get peoples money.  When you call and cancel they don't tell you you have to call both telephone numbers on your credit card bill.  They claim it is two seperate companies  but they both come in the same shipping box and if you only call one they keep shipping and charging for the other. 

The products they send you are so small I thought they were samples, but when I called to have the charges taken off my credit card and explained that I never received a second shipment he said that my original shipment was it.  I could not bebieve it.

The man on the phone, was so rude and just said they had a sighed contract from me and they already had my money and there was nothing I could do.

This company has a lot of different questionable enterprizes listed under them and the PO boxes listed under them turn out to be something entirely different.  I really think they need to be investigated.
