The purpose of this communication is this report is to advise about the true nature of the activities of MIREILLE PIERRE, a woman who is pretending to provide nursing classes. Mrs. MIREILLE PIERRE is a Haitian American citizen, born on July 21, (((REDACTED))). She is the owner of the two following companies: CARE 1 PLUS, INC. and QUICK N EASY. The two companies have their primary legal and commercial address at 494, Uniondale Avenue, NY 11553. MIREILLE PIERRE is currently living at (((REDACTED))), Uniondale NY (((REDACTED))). She is also associated with this address: (((REDACTED))) Nassau NY (((REDACTED))). MIREILLE PIERRE is not an accredited college professor. She doesn’t have a Private Career School Teacher License and was never granted of any kind of Formal Authorization or Permit that would allow her to teach. She never received any formal training that would entitle her to lecture a higher education course and she doesn’t have any priorly acknowledged teaching experience at the college level. She is also impersonating as a doctor and nurse. She advertizes herself in her business card as a medical doctor and a nurse and she even actively represent herself as such in her professional ventures. But she was never licensed as a medical doctor by any medical board of the US or of a foreign nation. She is not licensed as a nurse in New York neither. She only holds a registered nurse license for three states: New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Her companies CARE 1 PLUS, INC and QUICK N EASY are not licensed by the New York State and are not authorized to charge tuition or fees related to any kind of instruction. Her companies doesn’t have the appropriate staff and infrastructure required for nursing courses and they would never be able to meet the Standards for Accreditation of Baccalaureate and Graduate Nursing Programs issued by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). In fact MIREILLE PIERRE is operating conjointly with her accomplice, ANNA L. JOHNSON, a DIPLOMA MILL. ANNA L. JOHNSON was the Director of Nursing (DON) of AMERICA HEALTH CARE, INC, a closed school, located at 1 Metroplex Dr, Edison, NJ 08817. AMERICA HEALTH CARE INC is a former school that was closed in 2009 and that offered a Licensed Practical Nurse Program. While AMERICA HEALTH CARE INC. is currently not functioning officially, the Director of Nursing (DON), ANNA L. JOHNSON, with the aid and abetment of MIREILLE PIERRE continue to use the name of the school to SELL diplomas to people that NEVER ATTEND a nursing course in their life. MIREILLE PIERRE also use other nursing schools to sell diploma to her other clients. The modus operandi of MIREILLE PIERRE consists principally of recruiting her prospective customers amongst immigrants. Her clients are typically Carribean women with poor scholarly knowledge, deficiency in English language and a long history of academic failures. Women so desperately seeking to obtain a nursing state license that they are ready to accept easily her conditions and believe whatever she tell them. While some of them are aware of dealing with a diploma mill, some are not. MIREILLE PIERRE sometimes deceitfully represents herself as a staff member of the said schools. She charge her client extra money for academic accompaniment. She makes them believe that she will make sure they master the curriculum of a regular nursing program. She also promised them to help them overcome their academic challenges and to give them the proper training to pass their NCLEX Examination. But she never fulfills her promises because she doesn’t have neither the will or the qualifications and technical abilities to do so (anyway, she isn’t legally authorized to pursue any teaching activities at all– a fact she almost never brings to the attention of her clients). As a result, 99% of the “students” of MIREILLE PIERRE never passed the NCLEX. Her victims are so ashamed of themselves that they never undertake legal actions against her. We are strongly convicted that if the competent authorities conduct an investigation on MIREILLE PIERRE to the best of their ability and in a rigorous and diligent manner; they will be able to prove all our allegations because MIREILLE PIERRE has incriminating documents kept in her office at 494, Uniondale Avenue, NY 11553.

I would first like to thank the owners at Quick N Easy for making me aware of this matter. It’s unfortunate that your business name got dragged into this juvenile non-sense. I would like to apologize for any nuisance this has caused your company.
I, Mireille Pierre will set the record straight from all the false allegations. Before I begin I would like to go on record and say, “I do not know or have any students/clients with the name Carlyle C. Hayley.” Therefore, I think this complaint should read anonymous, instead of the bogus name listed in the complaint review.
I will use bullet points to quickly help point out the FACTS!
- I do not own or share any ownership in the business known as Quick N Easy.
- I am the sole owner and operator of Care 1 Plus. I do not have any partners in any capacity.
- My business is located at 494 Uniondale Avenue, Uniondale, NY11553 for the past three years without any legitimate complaints.
- I do know Anna L. Johnson she was the Director of Nursing (DON) at American Heath Care. She referred students to my PN/LPN review courses after they failed to pass the NCLEX examination.
- I am a Medical Doctor (MD) since 1992. I attended medical school in Nuevo Leon, Monterrey, Mexico and that is confirmable by anyone who truly cares to know. My Diploma is attached to this rebuttal but it’s in Spanish since it is the original copy.
- I am an active Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and have never stated otherwise. My RN Licenses are also verifiable online.
- The nature of my business is to provide review classes to Practical Nurses (PN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are looking for extra help before taking their NCLEX examination.
- 90% of my students who complete the review courses pass their NCLEX exam.
- My personal information such as my address, Date of Birth, ethnicity is not pertinent in this matter. Therefore, I will not validate any of the inappropriate remarks pertaining to my personal life. It’s actually very appalling that someone would go to excessive lengths to slander my name and the name of my business without first giving me the courtesy of a mature conversation as two professionals.

First, we would like to give our condolences to Carlyle C. Haley for your experience with Care 1 Plus/Mireille Pierre.
Second, we would like to make it crystal clear that Quick N Easy and Care 1 Plus are NOT related businesses in any way other than the fact that Quick N Easy rents office space located at 494 Uniondale Avenue, Uniondale, NY 11553 to Care 1 Plus.
Furthermore, Mireille Pierre is NOT the business owner or stock holder in any capacity of Quick N Easy.
Quick N Easy is a Multi Service Center that focuses on financial services such as accounting/bookkeeping services, property and casualty insurance and credit repair services. Along with a variety of walk-in services (notaries, copies, faxes, etc…)
I kindly would ask Carlyle C. Haley and Ripoff Report organization to please remove any information linked to Quick N Easy from the complaint such as the phone number (516-280-3772), Email address (Lelie@quickneasy123.com) ,and website (www.quickneasy123.com) which is only linked and used for Quick N Easy. I understand the address is shared with Care 1 Plus, therefore it is understand why the address has to remain on file.
We will forward this complaint to Care 1 Plus and hopefully someone from their organization (Care 1 Plus) will respond to the allegations on the original complaint.
