Miroslav (Miro) Kharchuk, a Ukranian and said to be an ex KGB Colonel claims to represent several very large International investors and engages in investments on their behalf
despite several prospective deals, - nothing ever matures, during negotiations Miro tires the counter party with endless requests for document, contracts (which he changes over and over) promises to transfer funds which never arrive due to childish excuses such as: baker went home early, its a local Holiday tomorrow, funds wre sent but returned etc.... either he is a total scammer or just a fool with poor indirect contact to the principals.
in most cases it turns out the banks used are virtual banks, the accounts in real banks are blocked Heritage accounts and the Bank Guarantees are worthless
our partners spent HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF EUROS chasing the wind while Miroslav changes his mind and conditions over and over
