I will explain my 5 horrible days : I had a very bad experience.

I came to this family, but from the first day I did not feel comfortable.

After the 5th day, the woman told me to pack my bags and go home immediately because I do not suit her. I have not been paid and I had to walk to the station with my big suitcase for 45 minutes. What horrible person! I understand better now some things ... She told me that before me, it was a girl at home but she not doing well cleaning and then she decided to leave. The police contacted about the matter following a complaint from the au pair ..

Whatever ..  I explain my 5 horrible days :

-Upon the first day, she gave me my schedule to follow to the letter, not the right to be a minute late ! I'm going to work from Monday to Saturday 11am!

- A morning (6:30 up), I was brushing my teeth and the mother arrived angry and told me that I was going to wake everyone.

- After finishing my daily tasks (wake the children up, prepare lunch, lunch box, make the bed, bins ...) most of the time I had to wash her house. I had a list with all I had to do. Then She went to check if the job was done and yelled at me when it was done incorrectly.

 - There was not a day when the mother is not yelling at me. She was never happy about me.

 I was not au pair but an houseworker . For example I had:

• All empty the kids' room to wash the furniture. She yelled at me because there was still dust.

• Clean their garden (no sheet should remain) + their garden table

• Wash their kitchen EVERY day (it's got to be perfect)

• On Saturday morning I had to be ready at 8:00, not 8:01 because I was going to get yelled at. For over 2 hours I had to vacuum the whole house and then spend the mop.

... And so on ..

 I had this very bad experience with them, because I don't feel at all integrated in this family. The breakfast with them was forbidden and meals during the week end too. I did not feel comfortable. I was their maid and not their au pair.

I did not have the right to take food in a closet because it was not for me but just for them.. Full details that showed me that my place was not in this family.
