When I purchased Jeff Gitomer's Little Black Book on Networking through HotBookSale.com (a.k.a. smartsavingscenter.com) these monsters began debiting my account $1 here, $1.07 there ... along with $29.95 month !!!
When I called them and asked them to correct it they started negotiating with me !
When I called customer service, a guy named Daiman answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the President, he laughed !!!
