A number of us in San Diego County have experienced not receiving our rebates after purchasing the radios with $25 rebate from Fry's.

Unfortunately, a friend found the following info on bbb.newyork.org yesterday:

In May 2004 Columbia Telecommunications Group informed the BBB that on April 21, 2004, it filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code in the Southern District of New York; Docket Number: 0412737ALG. The BBB is currently unable to process claims against this firm due to its bankruptcy filing status. Consumers having any outstanding claims against this firm should contact the customer service department at: 1-800-889-7434.

I'm not sure you'll get a response on the 800 line given by BBB. Fry's has not offered a gift certificate in lieu of the rebate so we are considering taking our radios back for refund.
