I called about it because they left a flyer on my door. I just wanted to see how much it would cost. He started filling out paper work and I told him I cant afford it right now maybe later. He did not respect that he just kept on filling out the paper work. I think they charge too much and when I call him he tells me that he dont handle that. When I call the 800 number they put me on hold . If it was an emergency I would have been dead by time they got back on the phone. I want all of my money back from them. They are a rip off and do not care about the people they are supposed to service.

My name is Bryan Hardin and I am the owner of Pinnacle PROTECTION in Waco,not Pinnacle SECURITY! Our Company has maintained an A+ rating with the BBB for 15+ yrs for a reason. Pinnacle SECURITY is a company out of Orem, UT that does good to maintain an F rating, and is not an accredited business with the BBB, and has recently changed names AGAIN to avoid their reputation. Lets get some of the above mentioned facts straight :
1: Why would our company want a customer that says they can't afford to pay us? Saying that I continued to fill out paperwork and ignored her is completely false!! Besides that, she has to provide the information that goes on the paperwork so how could I fill it out if she wasn't willing to give me the info?!
2: Janice Orth (the person that wrote the complaint) payed all fees for the system to be installed, signed the contract saying she COULD and WOULD pay the monthly monitoring fee. She lost her job shortly after that and stopped paying. I, out of good faith, payed for 3 months worth of monitoring FOR HER until she could find another job. She then moved out of state and again, I paid the fees to have another company install a new system for her. Who knows if she ever did.
3: The 800 number she mentions calling goes directly to my cell phone!! Sorry, but I am not able to put somebody "on hold" on my cell phone!! ANOTHER FALSE STATEMENT FROM HER!
4: She signed and agreed to a contract, I did not force her to sign it nor did I sign it for her. She signed it on her own free will.
5: if you're going to file a complaint, spell the name right and know the name of the company you are complaining about.
My cell phone is always on and I'm always available to ANYBODY that would like to contact us!!!
