Hi there,

I bought a Samsung LCD computer monitor on December 12th, 2004. This monitor came with a $50 mail-in rebate from TCA Fulfillment Services based in New York. I filled out all of the necessary paperwork and sent TCA Fulfillment Services all of the materials needed for thew rebate. The rebate form said please wait 4-6 weeks for delivery. On March 30, I received the following email:

I have sent their customer service three emails inquiring about the rebate. No responses. This clearly violates my rights as a consumer. So I decided to do some research on TCA Fulfillment Services only to find that there are many people who have been Ripped-off by this "service".

Today, April 12, 2005, I sent the following email to TCA Fulfillment Services . . . .

(Beginning of email)

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am growing increasing tired of your company's rebate policy. I received the following email on March 30. It is now April 12, well past the "8-10 day" waiting period. Not receiving this rebate in a prompt manner is a clear VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER and I will not tolerate it. This is my third email to you and still no response. I called the 1-800-390-2344 number, was put on hold for 15 minutes ONLY to get disconnected! I immediately call that number again, was put on hold for 20 minutes, only to be told, "The check must have been lost in the mail and I will need to call back in 46 days to get another check issued".

Many, MANY people have had the same problem with your company and have started a class action law suit. If I don't receive my $50 rebate check by April 23, 2005, I WILL either join that law suit or initiate a law suit or my own.

(End of email)

This service has got to be put out of business and the consumers need to get their rebate money. You have to put a stop to this!

Thank you VERY much.

Michael
