On Monday I placed an order online to Miz Barn, ORDER #1975 on June 26, 2017, for $50,94 for harlem-kima-braid-ocean-wave-20.   I have sent several emails to Miz Barn to inform them of the quality of this synthetic hair and that it was inferior.  You would not know this until you actually install this product.  By this time the hair cannot be returned because it has been used...  This is how they get you!!!

 

I shared with them I did read their return policy and it only references the product if you have not used it.  This product is not as you have advertised it.  The waves looked nothing like the picture on the package.  Once the hair is installed it becomes straight.  It does not have the water wave as they have advertised.  Hoping we could have come to a an agreement I never heard back from them.  I spent $50.94 and another $75 to have this hair installed that was $112....   They just didn't care!!!

 

 

I want them to refund me my $50.94 back this is why I am writing you.
