Imaging reading a publication about moving into a spacious 1-2 bedroom apartment, only to notice within 3 weeks that ants are taking over your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Ridiculous! Or having a mold infested bathroom ceiling that looks as if you look too hard the ceiling will fall down.

What a wonderland - winter at that, during the winter we reported numerous times about no heat. And the heat is still not fixed it's like we live in Alaska. It's against the law to run your oven as your source of heat; my 2 year old child was in bodily danger because of Pat Linehan and her reckless endangerment to others.

Not only did the heat play a major role but, leaking pipes under the sink, where we had to wash dishes in the bathtub. Extremely unsanitary! Building management said that our leaking pipes were not an emergency, so she taped up our pipe and said someone will come out on Monday. What if my child would have gone up under the skin and gotten sick. Ants too are problem we have reported those several times, and I swear that they spray sugar water and invited them to come on in.

Once calling the landlord and confronting here about the problems in our house she called me, an a*****e because we wanted the problem mixed like it should be. Which was NOW! That shows how professional she is. In regards to all never rent for MJD enterprise.
