April,

I bought the same book in 2000. Right inside the first few pages Lesko states that some of the phone numbers, programs and addresses changed even before the book was finished. Give the guy a break, he's not the government which adds and removes programs randomly.

Anyway, just go get your money back or ask them to send you something more up to date. Buying a 5 year old book then claiming it's a scam doesn't make sense. I found the book usefull 5 years ago.
