This company is not committed to providing instruction for preparation and is horrible at dealing with customer service. I signed up for the service seeking preparation for the GRE Exam. After signing up and paying nearly $700 I received an email with preassessments and assignments. I completed one of the writing assignments and emailed it back to the instructor. I never heard anything back afterwards. I called several times and left messages asking for someone to call me back, but never received an answer.

I finally got in touch with someone a month later who informed me that I was not entitled to a refund, rescheduling the course, or any type of compensation, since the company had already committed resources to work with me. Before I could even complete sentences, the representative would rant about how I was an opportunist and how I was a jerk for wanting to cancel. When asked about company information to contact upper level management, he stated that he was the management and hung up on the phone. I was able to get information on subsequent phone calls, but only after being called lazy and getting the worst customer service experience I've ever received.

I have already sought legal counsel and will be following through with this matter fully. If you are seeking preparation, please go to one of the more reputable companies like Kaplan, Princeton Review, or Baron's. Stay away from this company at all costs. It'll save you a headache in the long run!!!

The training at Maple Leaf International Consulting Inc was fricking horrendous. SCAM SHAM SCAM With their fraudulent dumb a*s slogan that states Doing it Right Ever Time. The slogan contradicts everything they actually do. They DO NOT call you back, and my experience with Randy Nelson was so rude and cursed me out.

Beware students don't be like me and just throw away money to a SHAM company like this one.

Currently, the Managing Director of the corporation, Mr. Pitchumani has an undergraduate Honors degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA degree from Columbia University. Mr. Nelson has over 18 years of consuting experience working with major consulting companies such as BCG and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Nelson directs operations aimed at leveraging the financial resources for maximum productivity.

Currently the Marketing Director of the corporation, Ms. Ryder is an MBA from Emory University and has her strength in Marketing Management. Ms. Ryder has over 15 years of Sales and Marketing management experience working with multinational corporations such as Unilever of Holland, and Pfizer, and is charged with the responsibility of directing the marketing operations of the company, and is actively engaged in leveraging the global opportunities for growth and profitability.

A Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, Chris Taylor directs and provides leadership to our Technology division. Ms. Taylor has over 16 years of experience working with multinational corporations such as Philips Electronics, Holland, General Electric, and Intel. Ms. Taylor provides leadership to our Technology consulting division, and is responsible for strategic planning, growth, and profitability.

An MBA graduate from Wharton, Lorraine Smith is currently responsible for developing Corporate Training programs, and for the quality and profitability of our Test Preparation programs. Ms. Smith has held several senior management positions as Corporate Training Manager and as Sales and Marketing Director in multinational corporations such as Proctor and Gamble, and Merck.

Further to our rebuttal posted in December, we have done some investigation and found that there is NO customer who took the training with us in ONLINE PREP mode from Fairfax, and apparently the description of events as stated in the fraudulent complaint is contrary to facts or the way we do business. We have initiated legal action against the owner of this site for allowing fraudulent comments to be posted by unscrupulous elements and for attempting to malign our company's name. We will also be seeking disclosure of the identity of the anonymous and cowardly poster who is hiding behind the mask of anonymity.

The statements in the complaint are false, fabricated, and inconsistent with the way we operate our business.

Our records indicate that we did not have anyone from Fairfax VA registered in our GRE Online prep course in the last 6 months. It will help us provide more specific rebuttal if the person would identify himself or herself.

It is not true that we fail to provide feedback on completed assignments. But our refund policy is that once a person has been registered and started receiving assignments from his or her dedicated instructor, no claims for refund will be entertained. This policy is clearly disclosed on our registration website and the
participants are required to agree to this set of terms and place their initials in consent of this set of refund terms.

Also, any participant in the program who fails to complete assignments or participate in the training during the contracted period cannot seek refund because they failed to meet their side of the obligations for training.

These are the broad guidelines under which we operate our business. We train thousands of participants in a year and receive several referrals from satisfied clients. It is, therefore, surprising that an anonymous complainant would level malicious charges that he or she cannot substantiate.

If the complainant can identify himself or herself, we can respond more specifically. As we see the complaint, there are allegations such as 'being called lazy' that appear to be invented.
