Asked for a refund of $494.00 on 22 Nov 2011

Filled out cancellation form to get

Ticket # 14430- Cancellation

28 Nov 2011 got an email from http:// support.mlmformula.com/tickets/14430

Josh Cope asked that provide feedback before he cancelled my account permanently.

I answered all questions.

No further emails. no nothing.

My lawyer sent him a letter asking for a refund in nov 2012
