M&M Autoglass, LLC M&M Autoglass Lazy auto glass replacement job, missing glue, did not return my calls, bad customer service Mesa Arizona

After finally getting ahold of somebody yesterday to get M&M Autoglass to come back to my house and finsih the job that they started 3 months ago, they failed to show or even call to let me know that they could not make it.   This is the second time that this has happened with them.

I had to call them to reschedule their guy to come back out.  I've already been waiting 4 hours since that is the window that they give (between 8 am and 12 pm)  Now I am having to wait approximately 2 more hours if he even shows up.

I will add more details after the next 2 hours.  (I also have a recording of the entire phone call that I will post if it comes down to it.)

I am still waiting on an educated response from the company.

 As a resident of one of the hottest states around, one would assume that YOU understood that the agent they use to secure your windshield is suseptible to the very same heat YOU are looking to avoid. Sounds to me that YOU are jumping the gun. This site doesn't remove ANY report. If they see this report from YOU, they may tell you to go fly the proverbial kite. Hope they don't see this report because they will know EXACTLY who YOU are and as I said may no longer wish to help you. It always amazes me at how people like YOU handle situations. As of yet, YOU have NOT been ripped off. YET!!! YOU still file a RoR. Maybe wait until you get boned to post. Seems to me that the ONLY issue is a scheduling issue and they are working to resolve your issue. let me inform you of a small little tidbit of information. The WEB doesn't care that YOU have NOT been ripped off. When someone puts in the business in google search, YOUR report is going to pop up as the NEWEST entry. So YOU may be costing this business untold harm because YOU are a dipshit. So maybe keep your trap shut until the repairs are completed. Im half tempted to teach YOU a lesson. It would serve YOU right to have them wash their hands of YOU because YOU can not keep your mouth shut online. But, Im NOT going to do that. Im hopeing that YOU as an adult can see the mistake YOU have made. YOU have accused them of ripping YOU off when NO RIPOFF HAS OCCURED!!! Just because there is an issue with the job they did and THEY cannot just teleport to repair it, YOU have gone online and besmirched THEIR reputation ALL BECAUSE YOU ARE IMPATIENT!!!! In the REAL WORLD.....YOU would be sued for slander and intentional defamation of character. YOU can STILL be sued. All it takes is a court order and they will know who YOU are. Everything from the websites you visit to WHO you have talked with and ANYTHING you have posted. YOU ARE NOT SAFE ONLINE!!!! People like YOU tend to think they are bulletproof and they can say whatever they like BECAUSE its the web. Unfortunatly businesses NO LONGER take the hits like they used to. THEY understand the REAL POWER of the web. and its NOT the online shopping. Its the total and complete destruction of ANYONE who pisses you off enough for YOU to post about. And THEY are no longer taking it. So be careful because EVERYTHING you have said can be used against YOU.
