I have personally seen this shop send customers out of the shop with fails in brake systems, suspensions and steering while knowing all to well that the car or truck was in an unsafe condition. I have also seen customers get ripped off by being over charged and by using inferior replacement parts or paying close to nothing and charging 300 to 600 % markup on wornout used componets. I do not recommend anyone to have any work done at this shop. The work is shotty and the head mechanic "Mike" believes that there is an acceptable amount of hardware that doesn't have to be put back after dissembling and upon reassembling, you should not have bolts and hardware leftover when you are finished. I should know I have only been a mechanic for 25 + years.

He uses the cheapest oil and the cheapest oil filters in my opinion on all of his oil changes and you have to choices of oil weight 5w20  and 5w30 but you would not ever know that because Mike never discloses that.

Beware.....He has know reference materials other than the internet which is a very poor way to looking up data pertaining to troubleshooting and repairing your car.

Good luck if you use him but I have a pretty good idea he won't be around long.

Knowledge looking at violence, Knowledge shakes his head in disbelief.

My bad experience with M&M Auto Repair

AUTHOR: nelson - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, July 21, 2016

Don't bring your business here, save yourself the time and money. My car sits in their shop for almost 3 weeks, charged me thousands of dollars and didn't even fixed my car. The owner is the most unprofessional person i've ever met, he would dishonor his words every single time. When I towed my car away from this shop, it is in its worst condition (pieces are all over the place, they didn't even put it back together). Stay away from here, I will file a complaint to the better business bureau.

Setting Record Straight

Upon reading this report, Knowing who this person is who is telling you these lies...let me tell you what happen.  This Person was let go from our company due to lack of evidece saying he is an ASE certified Mechanic. We asked the person if he was, before letting him work on our customers cars. He claimed he was but didnt have paper work and would show at later date. Also while he was working on cars during his temporary work status (Trail run to see if he knew what he was doing before actually putting him on payroll)

His performance was by far poor.  We had several customers cars come back with the same problems or more promlems after he worked on them. Tools would come up missing ( Mike is very organized in his tool boxes) He has broken several tools and/or parts. Also doing simple tasks that would maybe take about an hour two tops would take him 5 or 6 somtimes days.

Also I believe that drinking on the job is not very professional.  Also to clear the reports that we use cheap oil and oil filters. We use name brand oils and filters. and each vehicle has its own recomendation for oil weight. With the report of us useing 500-600% mark up. If we charged that much our oil changes wouldnt be $19.99 + tax. As to left over parts and hardware. Every car that came back into our shop..HE WORKED ON. So basically he is telling on himself.
