MMC also known as Turner Financial Company represented themselves as a mortgage modification company. Instead all they did was take money 1/2 up front 1/2 mid way through the supposed process, and did nothing. They appeared to be ligitimate with toll free numbers and emails and forms. THey were in fact very good scam artists.  We are yet another victim of mortgage fraud and these people prey on folks trying to better their situations.  The owner's name was Tim Turner (yes like the cartoon) and the number is 570-714-0558. When you call you hear a message but no one is home.  The emails have been shut down.  I hope they get what they deserve.
