MMT Group Inc. is one of the most sophisticated scams on the internet right now. MMT Group Inc. preys on
job posters on Career Builder soliciting them to become a "Financial Manager." Using a very professional and legitimate looking website, MMT Group Inc. manages to get people to set up a bank account and give them username and password access to the account online, so they can wire the money to you (so they promise), and you can perform the "service" to their clients by doing a Western Union or Money Gram wire transfer to their "clients" over seas. The Transfers are "time sensitive" that have to be done within 1 day of receiving the money (how convenient!). For giving MMT Group Inc. your "cooperation," you are compensated $2300 per month plus 8% of the transactions. MMT Group Inc. offers a slew of benefits for people who make it beyond their probation period.

Here is the problem. They don't wire the money into the account; it is a bogus ACH transfer that your bank will end up charging back to you once they know it is fraudulent. The other problem too is that their clients over seas are just a bunch of jokers taking off with your money when they get the transfer.

Do not let the MMT Group Inc website fool you. There is a lot to be skeptical about even with the FAQ section and all the other legitimate looking functions and paperwork involved. I personally know two people who have been burned by this scam. Please do not be next. I recently have been corresponding with a guy named Alex Patel from MMT Group Inc.; he has been trying to get me to "cooperate" with him. If you receive an email from this guy tell him to F**k off, and let him know that you know what is really going on.

If you Google MMT Group Inc and research them, you will find that Interpol and the FBI are investigating these people. This is a rather nascent development, however, and they have not been doing it long enough for the scam to become better known. I am hoping that people will Google this company and find this report.


It is really sad that MMT Group Inc, this Phantom band of crooks, are taking advantage of people trying to find a job. They are burning the people that really can't afford to take the hit. It is amazing what greed can make people do.

Bottom line: It sounds too good to be true, and now you know that it really is. Do not f**k around with these guys unless you want to loose a lot of money.
