Customer Service Reps kept marking my tickets solved without any kind of explanation even though i asked respectfully and with humility .
After marking my tickets solved 16 times in 20 mins i took screens..posted them up on the Dena Facebook page where the other T1 TFLU supported my posts about them marking it solved.
AFter some minutes Mobaged messaged me a threatening message to stop posting conversations with Reps on Facebook as it will deter people from playing. Darthmarkh has them i can link you to our conversations.
..I really wanted a response from the proper people and felt that customer service was being truly unfair without answering my simple requests for help within the game..
After promising that my problems will be fixed in another message.. The same thing happened again.. solving solving solving.. this time its from Emos, Trevor and Troy was the last guy who kept marking tickets solved.
..I told Emos it was really stupid of him to mark it solved without explaining the Black Screen and loss of a Card issues that happened.
5 mins after..I'm banned.
..Customer Service replied a day after saying i emotionally insulted them and implied the support team isnt a flawless working unit. So an example had to be made out of my account ¤68 K DP¤ !
... Heres the kick: They urged me to make a new username and keep my email i log into Mobage with ..within the TFL Game. .. Why the hell would i do that? ..shouldnt they have just given me my account back after some days? I could just complain to them more and more using a different username and the same email logon.. What would that solve? .. I told them if the account can be given back i would no longer complain..
Liam responded and said i did emotional damage to all of them by the screens on facebook and calling them pigheaded. 'them' ...
..And here i am.. a player who played the game for over a year. Joined TFLU 4 months ago.. went from 26K DP to 68k DP! I had all 6's and 1 R7 !! FInally! ..then this happened.
..I spent thousands of dollars on that account. I want it back! 'KrisC'
