I invested 15,000 in this PET/Cardiac Imaging. They stated it would be in an IRA and gave me shares of the company. I can not reach them and the only correspondence I receive is to pay fees to Entrust Administration, Inc for record keeping of this account. Any information or help would be appreciated!

...but you're probably out $15,000.

Took a bit to do some research on Kahane and his business ventures, and didn't find anything encouraging. In 2006, the Pennsylvania Securities Commission issued a cease-and-desist order against Kahane and a predecessor company, RapidScan Imaging (as well as Mobile Medical Imaging, another predecessor company) barring them from selling a similar investment opportunity to PA residents:

https://www.secure.psc.state.pa.us/releases/members/index.cfm?page=ReleaseDetail&id=817&ReleaseType=&ReleaseDate=&ReleaseYear=&Desc=&Rescind=&CFID=599987&CFTOKEN=8f5bd6ba53217317-79838D42-2B3A-77E0-8D137C6A86CCCCCA&jsessionid=80302576651299118787906

In 2007, Kahane apparently took to InvestorHub to explain the failure of RapidScan and the creation of a new entity, which is the one you appear to be referencing:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=25420540#

An entire group devoted to RapidScan was apparently created on InvestorHub, actually:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=9059

And Kahane apparently is attracting a following on ROR:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/Kahane.aspx

http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/Mobile-Imaging.aspx

A search of the Nevada Secretary of State's Business Entity database shows MMI, RapidScan and MIS are all inactive or revoked except for one classified as "Default" - http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=b5RP1gVKM4LM8FFoS%252b9Kmg%253d%253d&nt7=0

...and finally, the mobileimagingsystems.com domain expired 2/13/11 and is pending either renewal or deletion - and if it hasn't been renewed by now, it's pretty unlikely that you're going to get your money back since renewing a domain is fairly cheap. (Like $12-20 cheap.)

Either this guy's a world-class con artist, famously unlucky in business, or whizzed in someone's Corn Flakes and got pounded for it. Can't say for sure. But what DOES seem certain is that anyone that gets any money back from this guy should probably ride that lucky streak and buy some Powerball tickets.

Good luck.
