After spending my entire Saturday moring watching Greg Andersons Mobile Mondy Code Pitch videos...long winded tugging on heartstrings, telling how he is helping out of the goodness of his heart, I clicked on his purchase links over and over, and bought his 'product' or 'service' or intelectual and tech product...to the tune of $150.
I received only a purchase confirmation. No welcome email, no instructions on how to go forward, no contact information, nothing. After each step in the purchase, there were upsale videos. Further, at the end of each purchase(I made 2), the scroll says, your account is being created, do not leave this page...
There is no account presented, no further action the purchacer can take to act on the promiced product.
When you go to the website on the purchase confirmation Click Sur...there you can 'file' for a refund.
Teh seller details record the seller as one Anthony McCollum...so is Greg Anderson even the real name of this scam artist.
I alerted my credit card company, they tried to get a phone number for this transaction. Were unable to get a correct number. Advised me to wait for 5 days as the transaction was still pending. I plan to investige bringing a lawsuit agains this company or Greg or whatewver his name and his wife .

I had the same issue as well. I made a payment on Feb 5 2014 and today is March 19 2014. I sent the support team an email several times and no one responded.
I didn't even receive the software that was promised. That sucks.
