Mobile Solutions Fort-Myers Luis C. Boral Charged me for unlocking my iphone 6 but did not do so Fort Myers Florida

I went to Mobile Solutions Fort-Myers looking to unlock my iPhone. He said it would take 2 to 3 days to be completed. I paid for the fee and was later told that the phone was unlocked. Come to find out that when they knew that phone would not need to be unlocked from AT&T because it will still work on H2O (my targeted pre-paid Phone Company), they just put the sim card in and told me it was unlocked. I wish they could be more forthcoming about the way they are doing business. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt that he gave me after supposedly unlocking the phone. He said that he will look for the receipt and ended up telling me that he gave it to his accountant and would not be able to retrieve it.

So, I ended up having to pay a second time to have it unlocked by a company in Miami (Fix Apple Now). They have great customer serve and were beyond honest with everything.

when I wrote a negative review on Google Reviews, he actually HACKED into my gmail account (because he had my password when he was transferring my contact from my old phone to the new iPhone 6) and deleted the review and put a positive review for himself under my name. In the review he says: "This guy is the best!! I am very happy I went to him and I made a mistake posting all the other comments from different accounts that I don't remember the passwords for!! :D A++++++"

I flagged the fake review with google and have it removed. 

After hacking my email, he changed my password, recovery email, and recovery phone number; it took Google 4 business day to retrieve the credentials to my account so I can regain possession of my Google account.

So, Mobile Solutions Fort-Myers is definitely not the way to go as dishonesty and deceptions are written all over that business. Please do not get nowhere near that store. Definitely watch out for that Luis Boral, you may get “burned” if not careful.
