The company Mobile Solutions in the Great Lakes Mall has sold phones to people I know. They have added additional lines to their service without the customer knowing about it. One person in paticular bought a nokia phone. When he got his bill in the mail it said that he had two phones. Also another person bought a Motorola v180 and wanted to return it twenty five minutes later. They would not let her return her phone. They said that she had to wait three days to return it. The only reason they said that was because she bought her phone and paid a deposit with a check. They wanted time to cash the check. Also about two days ago two mobile solutions employees got into a fight. One of them pulled out a knife.

T-Mobile Employee

Actually, T-Mobile didn't sell you that plan because you weren't in our store. You were in Mobile Solutions. Yet another example of their store employees passing the buck to T-Mobile like they didn't sit behind the counter and lie directly into the face of the customer.
The 39.99 plan is a straight 1000 minutes, it does not include nights, weekends, or mobile to mobile. The 49.99 1000 minute plan does include nights, weekends, and now it includes mobile to mobile.
There is a huge misconception that we actively endorse the behavior that comes from TMS. In fact, every rep I have ever talked to cringes when a call comes in from this company. We do, unfortunantly have to take responsibility for their actions though and fix their mistakes (this is a rather broad term as it is quite difficult to make a mistake setting up a family plan and magically making four accounts to make extra commission). I wish I could tell you we can always fix it but the fact is TMS has its own contracts and standards none of which comply with T-Mobile.
Do not deal with company. Go to a Corporate T-Mobile store. No matter what the deal they are promising you it is not worth what you are getting into and I can tell you honestly, as a T-Mobile employee who is only getting paid because of the customers we have, I would rather you go to a different company than to go into a TMS office.

Tmobile Employee

First, let me make it very clear... T-Mobile is not Mobile Solutions. Mobile Solutions is an indirect dealer who is authorized by several companies but is not governed by and can not be controlled by any of them.
I don't know anything about a knife but I can tell you that I deal with this company on a regular basis and would not walk in their store if I had lost my phone and my mother was hospitalized at the time. They are just as fraudulent to the companies they pass the buck to when they get caught as they are to the consumer.
I see these accounts all the time where more than one line has been set up, where 4 lines are set on 4 accounts to get extra commission, refusal to take phones back, extra features added to accounts with no knowledge of the account holder, refurbished phones, pretend accounts actually set up under the stores account so that the customer will come and pay cash to the employees for their "service", until we changed our credits policy they would call to get ridiculous credits on their own or friends accounts so they would never have to pay a bill or to have a check refund. They will though happily send you to T-Mobile customer care when we have no control of the situation. We can't give you your money back because you paid THEM. I see fake accounts under false socials, dealers who lie to reset contracts so that they can start new lines for the customers, start new lines to get the customer a full discount but fail to tell them that they are starting a new line instead they say they are changing the number.
T-Mobile does not control this store, they have their own rules, hidden fees, and no training that is required for direct dealers.
T-Mobile can not correct about 90% of the problems they start hooking up your service.
Also on a random note. The 39.99 1000 minute plan was a promotion that only included 1000 minutes. The 1000 with nights and weekends is actually 49.99 and does include mobile to mobile. (see, training...)
Go to a direct T-Mobile store or call customer care as we do not depend on another companies nonexistent fraud department. We actually have one and it prosecutes fraudulent dealers and reps.

the plans arent given out by TMS they are given out by T-mobile.... and 39.99 would cover free nights, weekends. wouldnt cover M2M, and would have been outlined in the contract you signed. again...read what your signing...

THE RIP OFF 39.99 1000 minute NOKIA PLAN THAT WENT SOUR

AUTHOR: Anthony - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 15, 2004

Mobile Solutions sold another fraud phone to someone. They told this customer that the plan they got had 39.99 1000 minutes and they got unlimited mobile to mobile, unlimited nights and weekends. The plan only comes with 1000 minutes and thats it. You can buy weekend minutes or mobile to mobile minutes. But you don't get anything else with the plan. anyone that reads this can contact this fraud based cell phone company at (440)255-2700. This company needs to be put out of business. They hire you people who are young and stupid.
