Model Mayhem, adam tyler, They claim i was using other peoples pictures and called me a fraud and banned my account El Segundo, California

I would like to start off by saying i open a model mayhem account a few years ago and never used it due to no photography shoot and troubles. then ater a few shoots and back on my feet i posted photos up on model mayhem like a year ago.

well one day i went to check my account as i always do to see what model wants to shoot with me and i see the words your account had been closed. So i contacted a moderator and they replied i was using other people pictures. I replied back i have raw photos to prove they are all mine. i never got a reply back.

I waited a couple of months and still no reply, then on day i check and they had closed out the cam as they call it. so i replied back that i would sue them for defamation of character. i got a responce right away saying to me now we have a reason to ban you for sure. to me they are very disrespectful and non business like who run the site.

i wrote to them again saying i would not have to resort to this if you would answer me as i had told you i had proof ofany or all photos you are claiming i have used of other peoples work.

A moderator by the name of dean said, "we know you used another photogs photos as your own." i replied back then let me prove to you what ever photos it is that u have said im using show me and i will provide raw photo for you to compair.

There was no responce for about 2 more months then i check the page again to see that the moderator dean posted a thread that said. here are the two photos in question if you can send raw unedit photos to this e-mail link we will go over them to see if what you are saying is true.

So i pulled out the two photos from my camera cf card and e-mailed them to the mods. i didnt hear anything from them for almost 4 months and then i replied back so do you believe me now. i got a responce back from another mod saying i dont know why dean hasnt gone over this but we will get back to you shortly about this.

about 1 month later i get an e-mail stating these photos seem to be yours and we will restore your account. i waited almost 4 months till they restored it. almost a year in a half time it took them to acknoledge my photos where mine. the story doesnt end here.

About 2 month into my account and i get bann again. this time a photog who shoots very nasty photos of women a local in miami made false complaints and had his model and other photog friends do the same. i get a e-mail stating too many people have made complaints about you. we are closing your account out. please seek another website else where.

Since then i havent been on the site and its a shame that the owners of the site allow photogs and models run it as moderators who have personal gain and deep seed issues.

So my problem is what can i do about them trying to destroy my reputation. it was on ablog about me when another photog made false accuzation if me using his photos and it was a lie i prooved wrong. when you did a search on my name on google it would pop up model mayhems blog of model beware of con artist photog by the name of richard blah blah who inpersonates other photogs work.

I do believe they broke civil right laws so is there any way of doing something about it. as far as im concern i would never use the site again as its unprofessional and  wanna be models who seem to think pro photogs should pay them.

That is all i can say about this other than ever since this has happen its been harder to work with models or get paid work because of them.
